Our Bayfront hideaway cottage is located in the middle Keys on a small island called 'Conch Key', and offers some of the best sailing in the Gulf anywhere in the Keys. Our guests have exclusive use of 23', well maintained, ComPac sailboats, for the duration of their stay. The island is the smallest island in the Keys. Stayed Jun 14, 2025Our first visit to the Keys, and this place was great! Centrally located in the Keys, with easy access to Route 1, you can be in Key Largo in an hour, or Old Town Key West in about an hour and a half. In between road trips, we took advantage of the available fishing rods, nearby bike and walking trail, and just lounging on the deck after sunset.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the proximity to the water. Our 17 year old son and his friend even caught 2 tarpon from the dock. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every night, and loved exploring on the sea kayaks. It was a great vacation!

Stayed Apr 10, 2025We were only here for one night and so wish we would have booked longer. We will definitely be back. Loved everything about the location, the house decorations (there is a lot to look at and if you appreciate older nautical decor you will love it), and the host. Barry was great at communicating and offered lots of suggestions for late night dining (S.S. shipwreck was fabulous- get the key lime pie) and a last excursion before leaving the keys (Dolphin teaearch center). Definitely take the kayaks out bc the view of Conch Key from the water is pretty perfect.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024It is full of character. Very Clean. About 20 min from Marathon, where ther is lots of great dining. Burdines is a great waterfont restraunt. But they only have beer and wine.

Stayed Dec 15, 2024Owners were responsive and friendly. The house is an exactly like the pictures. Step off the back porch, onto the dock and watch a picture perfect sunset. We would certainly come back.
