Stayed Mar 24, 2025Overall we were happy with our stay and would certainly visit again.Pros:Great priceVery cleanOwner is very communicative and responds to requests quicklyMid-century modern decorLocated less than 5 minutes from downtown Borrego Springs and Anza-Borrego State Park Visitor's CenterPowerful ACKing Size BedNo list of things to do on checkout from Owner.Cons:Located on a main road with 55 MPH speed limit so you will hear carsCovered Patio faces NW so there is no shade from the late afternoon sun. If you want to sit outside you'll have to move the chairs around to the front of the houseThe living room has a quiet split AC system, but the bedroom has an old fashioned window AC unit that is noisy while sleeping.Shower stall is very small. PS - The hot and cold are reversed.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Enjoyed the Anza cottage. It was a perfect home base for our hiking adventures. Clean, beautifully decorated, so many special touches. Felt very pampered here. We are already planing our next visit back to the Anza cottage.
