Stayed May 19, 2024Cottage was very cozy, clean and within a very short drive of every where we wanted to go. Excellent restaurants nearby some within walking distance. It is a small cottage community, close together but very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again. Check in/out was a breeze!!

A travel agent/friend was helping book our trip. The hotels she was sending were so expensive and right in the middle of Savannah. My wife did some research and stumbled upon properties by Lucky Savannah. It sounded way too good to be true. She had our travel agent deep dive and research the property. It only received great reviews. We booked it. It truly was better than we even expected. Exceptional place!

Stayed Jan 16, 2026My stay at Marsh Hen Den was heavenly. It was nice and quiet, clean, and everything was accessible. The restaurant next door, called Tubby's Seafood, is amazing. I look forward to coming back.

Stayed Dec 1, 2025My husband and I stayed at this cottage twice.The cottage is a comfortable place to stay. However there are few things that I noticed needs attention. The couch and the carpet needs cleaning. I know there is notice saying your luggage can be stored in the office. But if luggage racks are added that would be great! Otherwise we love this place!

The cottage was very clean and just like the pictures! Will definitely stay when we return to Savanah. It was in the middle of downtown Savanah and Tybee Island.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Walking distance to a few restaurants, very close to Forsythe park and River st both within a short drive. The cottage was so clean that my gf thought we were the first people to ever stay in it. We had a great time and will be coming back.
