Stayed Aug 21, 2024We stayed at this property for seven nights and it was great. Awesome location, relaxing porch, amazing dock and boathouse. Would definitely recommend and return to. The house/property was very clean and one of the most well stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!

Stayed Jul 28, 2024Perfect place for a family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen stocked with all cooking equipment. Bath towels for all. The dock was nice to keep our boat on site and fishing was amazing from the dock. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Nice neighborhood to walk in the mornings too. Owner was easy to access if needed. When we have the chance to return to Lake Gaston this will be my first choice to stay if available. Felt very comfy and cozy. Awesome

Stayed Jun 30, 2024I give the property a slight ding because it was not clean when we arrived but the owner was quick to respond to help us straighten things out. My understanding is that this has been fixed going forward. Otherwise, it's a great house. The location is incredible; close to the stores and in a just right sized cove. The dock was nice for sunning and watching fireworks over the 4th holiday. The house is well-stocked but bring extra towels so you have enough for showers and the lake without needing to reuse them. The kitchen has plenty of stuff (I cooked many meals during our stay). Definitely would recommend and we're thinking about returning to the property in the future.

Stayed May 28, 2024This place was beyond our expectations! What an amazingly stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and bedding provided! We are 4 senior ladies and this trip just fell into place within a weeks time. We made good use of the dock and the fire pit as well as the deck with stunning views of the lake!! Pictures don’t do it justice!! Looking forward to the next visit!!
