As you step foot inside, you will immediately notice the home is filled with an abundance of natural light andis accompanied by a sense of airy spaciousness made possible by the vaulted ceilings and beautiful wooden beams that stretch above you. The interior is thoughtfully designed with modern touches and warm colors, inspired by the simplicity and beauty of the countryside.

The living room is surrounded by windows that look out to the ocean and islands in the distance. It features a large sectional studded leather couch, a 65-inch Smart TV and a saloon-inspired corner bar to really set in that farmhouse vibe. For your convenience, the corner bar will be stocked with wine and spirits that can be purchased a la carte if desired.

The open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen creates a seamless flow, making it easy to socialize with family and friends.

You will be pleased to find a fully outfitted kitchen boasting glistening white quartz countertops and chic dual-toned cabinetry. Enjoy access to everything needed such as a full set of pots and pans, 12 piece knife set, cooking and dining utensils, glass ware, a kettle, microwave, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and the basics such as a drip coffee machine with a selection of coffees and teas. There is also a Reverse Osmosis water filter installed in the kitchen sink.

In the center of the kitchen, you will find a floating island that is perfect for entertaining and preparing your favorite dish. The island is adjacent to the dining area lined by windows that look out to your picturesque surroundings.

This room is brought together by a farmhouse inspired hardwood dining table that comfortably sits 6 guests, allowing everyone to enjoy each other’s company.

As you explore the two bedrooms, you'll find each one uniquely decorated with a mix of modern and rustic elements, offering a comfortable and peaceful space to recharge.

The master bedroom is a sanctuary designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation. It offers a king size bed featuring a top-of-the-line mattress, fully outfitted with the highest quality bedding. This room has direct access to the shared bathroom. You will also find a 55 inch smart TV mounted to the wall to unwind to your favorite entertainment from the privacy of your bedroom.

The master bedroom also opens up to your own private balcony, complete with cafe table and chairs shaded under the canopy of a mature trees which provides a relaxing spot to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the fresh air.

The second bedroom features two full sized beds that can comfortably fit two adults each. Here again, each bed will offer the highest quality mattress and bedding for a great night of sleep. This bedroom offers a stunning view of the beautiful outdoor garden space giving the room a feeling of zen and serenity.

The bathroom was tastefully designed to offer the best of modern farmhouse elegance featuring dark slate stone flooring, white subway tiling accented by black Carrara marble and black hexagonal marble tile in the shower niche. An antique brass dual shower head adds to the rustic charm of this home - something you don’t see everyday. Along with the dual shower head, you will find a full bathtub to soak in. You will be provided with towels and all the necessary toiletries for a comfortable stay. A washer and dryer are available to you in the hallway for your convenience.

There is even a hand crafted outdoor shower in the garden — perfect for rinsing the sand off your toes after a day at the beach.
