Luxury Cottage with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6 with pull out sofa). We are available for weekly and Monthly rentals. This newly renovated Condominium is an ideal spot for privacy at the exclusive Naples BayResort. Brand new Bamboo hard wood floors give you that rich inviting feeling of luxury.

The resort is home to a masterfully designed pool/spa complex which includes a meandering lazy river, lap pool, zero entrance children's pool with enormous waterfall and family jacuzzi. Want adults only We offer ADULTS ONLY pool & jacuzzi, along with an expansive sun deck. The outdoor pool deck offers a Ping Pong table and corn hole for leisurely entertainment. Gazing over the pool is a world class Workout facility with Peloton Bikes, Techno-Gym equipment and a Fully equipped Pilates studio. After your workout relax in the 5-star spa which offers a steam room, sauna and showers with all toiletries provided. Past the activity area you will find the Tennis Center with six Har-Tru courts.

Located pool side is the Blue Water Bar & Grill which provides full-service poolside drinks and amazing food selections. Take a short stroll and you will find Nosh Restaurant in our Naples Bay Marina for an incredible happy hour overlooking the gorgeous 97 slip marina. Where you as a guest to Naples Bay have access to yet another quiet marina pool and jacuzzi.

Reason #1: LOCATION: Our unit is located in the most desirable location in all of Naples. Only Two blocks from 5th Avenue and the heart of Naples restaurants, shopping and night life. Don't get caught in all the High season traffic trying to get to downtown... you are already there! You may prefer to walk or take our 2 Manual bikes. Uber & Lyft are readily available and are very inexpensive. Should you rent a vehicle we offer plenty of parking spots feel free to park anywhere in the unmarked guest parking spots.

Our location means no noises from tenants and our Tropical Garden Lanai Views means no street traffic noise, or Pool Side commotion associated with other units in the complex. Our lanai has seats six comfortably and offers a smart TV and ceiling fan for comfortable morning coffees and nighttime movies.

Reason #3: Our condominium is immaculate and beautifully appointed, not the standard boring “hotel package or less” other units settled for. Our condo screams relaxation! The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, cherry cabinets, and is fully equipped with everything you would need. For coffee lovers we offer both Keurig and 12 cup coffee brewer.

Reason #4: We take tremendous care in the upkeep of our cottage. Every living space has been kept “showroom” new at all times. Between rentals We steam clean, dry clean and scrub all floors and carpets and furniture. We also update our plentiful pillows & Linens often.

Upon arrival, guests must register with the front desk at the club entrance. All resort fees must be paid directly to The Club at time of registering with the front desk at time of arrival to access a world of luxury, pools, hot tubs and club amenities.

Please note that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises. The condo is situated on the 1st floor for your convenience. You will receive the door code prior to your arrival for seamless access. All resort fees are paid directly to The Club upon arrival. All Cottages at Naples Bay Resort are not alike. Each is individually owned.
