Luxurious large 3bd/2ba Home with Dock with beautiful sunset views

The house has a great layout. It was perfect for our weekend.

Great spot on the lake and great house for a larger group. We stayed for my son's GCSU graduation and it was an easy drive to the school.

Home was very spacious and is great for families with little kids. Owner very responsive and that was nice. We enjoyed fishing and tubing with our family. Great location. Only issue we had was neighbors next door were jet skiing SO close to our dock and it kept creating waves rocking our boats which was very inconsiderate of them. Interfered with those fishing off dock as well. This is not the owners fault so not dinging them for the rudeness of the neighbors. One of the neighbors actually told my friends visiting us that he new he was creating waves and said he was full timer there so I guess that made it ok for him. Uncalled for but we didn't let it ruin our time.

Host is an excellent communicator. Property accommodated us well and was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. You may want to consider bringing a couple folding lounge chairs if you want to lay out at the dock. The “cove” is off the main portion of the lake and is nice not to have as much boat traffic.

Good time

The house is amazing, and the location and views are beautiful. Everything was great except for the cleanliness. We had to wait an hour after 4 PM for the cleaning team to finish, but the house wasn’t very clean. The stove and oven were not cleaned, the kitchen sink was clogged, and the garbage disposal wasn’t working. Overall, we liked the house, but the cleanliness was a significant issue for us.

We enjoyed our stay on Lake Sinclair. The house has views of the lake from most rooms and the porch. There is a nice fire pit area where the kids roasted marshmallows. The dock is great…we rented a pontoon boat, paddled in the kayaks and swam right off the dock. There is not a ton of boat traffic in this area so it’s easy to enjoy the water. We saw lots of fishermen but didn’t fish ourselves. Fabulous waterfront weekend getaway.

This lake house is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. It was perfect for our family. The host was very kind and prompt responding to questions. Definitely recommend this rental and plan to revisit in the future.

We travel to the lake several times a year and this house has won the vote as BEST HOUSE by my family! The open concept was perfect for gatherings and all the rooms were very spacious. The flat yard was perfect to walk out to the water and the boat house was perfect for keeping our boat and jet skis. Arkadiy was very friendly and always available. We will definitely be back to this house!!!
