The Space:

Excellent for families! This home is well set up for all ages... Lots of games, books, and puzzles for kids and adults. Beautiful outdoor spaces... just a couple blocks from the beach with easy access to the white sands of Crystal Beach. Our 3-generation crew loved our stay and just wished we could stay longer. From our detailed floor plan picture, you can easily see the layout of the spaces. 3 bedrooms with King beds, plus a bunk with 2 full beds. All bedrooms with 50+ Smart TVs.



Indoors:

The family area greets you with plush seating, a massive 75 TV, and a selection of games for all ages. The kitchen is decked out with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, gorgeous stone counters, and a cozy eat-in island with plenty of seating. Need more space to gather Our gathering/gaming table and dining area provide ample room for your crew, whether for dining or family game night.



The primary king bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a spacious tiled shower and a double vanity. Kids will adore the cozy bunk area featuring two full-size built-in beds. The secondary king bedroom impresses with its coastal art and design, while the 3rd king bedroom melds comfort and style with contrasting furnishings and refreshing Gulf blue highlights – all the rooms feature 50-55’’ Smart TVs (YouTubeTV 100+channels included).



The full-size side-by-side washer and dryer in the hallway means you won't have to worry about packing too many clothes or finding a laundromat.



Outdoors:

The front porch is equipped with rocking chairs and a couple of Adirondacks facing the southern sky. Our backyard oasis is where you unwind and enjoy tranquil coastal breezes while sipping on a refreshing drink. Cook up your favorite mouth-watering dish on the BBQ grill and enjoy a delicious meal on our oversized patio deck with plenty of seating at our table with 8 chairs under a shaded pergola; added lounging is offered on a large sofa and chairs. You'll never be bored with our selection of outdoor games. Our storage cabinet is fully stocked for a perfect day at the beach with chairs, a beach wagon, an umbrella, toys, and boogie boards. After a long day in the sun, rinse off in our refreshing outdoor shower located just off the patio. The refreshing seasonally heated Clipper Cove community pool is located 3 houses away, less than 100 steps.



The nearby community pool is usually heated beginning mid March to the end of April each year; subject to change by the HOA. .

If you are using an electric car/vehicle or renting a golf cart, the 110V socket is on the west side of the house

The place was perfect for what we need. There was 8 of us girls and we still felt the place was big to accommodate us. It provided the amenities that was listed and the host was very responsive to our questions. Our bathrooms do not skimp on the essentials - we've stocked full-size dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. We've also thought of the little things that can make a big difference, like luggage racks in every bedroom, a generous supply of make-up wipes, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, and trash bags. We know that convenience is key, which is why we've also included starter amounts of quality coffee packets and condiments. We want you to feel taken care of so you can lessen your trips to the store and focus on creating lasting memories in our home.

Crystal Beach in Destin, Florida, is one of the Emerald Coast's distinct beach neighborhoods known for its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico’s clear emerald water and sugar-white sand beaches. Beyond the beach, you will be within walking distance of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment the area has to offer! Located just a short walk to Destin Commons, which has 85+ shops, AMC 14-plex IMAX movie theater, restaurants, bowling, and much more! Here are a few nearby options.

• The Shoppes at Paradise Isle is a two-minute walk to pick up last-minute supplies, hit the salon or even get a massage!

• Enjoy the day, sand-free at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just 1.5 miles away!

• Fabulous Beach location – within easy walking distance to multiple Gulf Beach accesses.

• Camille’s Crystal Beach café for espresso in the morning and fabulous fare for breakfast to Happy Hour. After 5 pm, head to Camille's upstairs for the best Seafood and Sushi in town. Full bar.

• Just east 2.5 miles on Scenic Gulf Drive is the Dolphin Reef, an amazing snorkeling reef about 685 feet off the beach at the Miramar Beach Public Access. This reef is home to a multitude of sea life. Be safe and snorkel with an experienced buddy and use a kayak, paddleboard, or similar means of floatation.



Getting Around:

Very walkable with several restaurants at a 3-5 min stroll. A vehicle is needed for activities like shopping, golf, and nightlife. Order a 4 or 6-seat street-legal golf cart from one of our local vendors.
