Check in/out was very easy, great communication with host. The property is on a nice quite block in a great location. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Would stay again.
Thanks for a great weekend at the beach with our dogs. The home was spotless, exactly as described and had everything needed for a quick getaway. Great location and great communication from the host. Will rent again!
Really enjoyed this rental! House was as described and had a great location.
We loved this cottage. Very clean and all of the amenities. The host was very responsive and understanding when we had a change in travel plans. Would love to visit again!
The home was a perfect fit except for the hurricane. We only had two days of sun and nice weather.
We had a great long weekend vacation here for a friend reunion. The location was awesome and exactly what we needed!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be happy to return next summer. Paul is a very helpful host, and responded quickly to my questions. The cottage is cute, cozy, and comfortable, and has everything you need for a stay at the Cape. We had a few rainy days, but between the short day trips and just hanging in the cozy cottage, we still had a great week.
The cottage is conveniently located, and it has central air, which is great on hot days. I stayed here while watching my cousin play in the Cape Cod Baseball League, and it was easy to get to most of the parks, while also being close to restaurants, shopping, and Hyannis Harbor. The master bed is comfy. The beds are squeaky when laying down or rolling over - not a complaint, just an observation. There is a huge yard, a grill, and nice outdoor seating. The full bathroom inside is small but sufficient, and the outdoor shower is great and spacious. I ate out most of the time, but there’s no microwave or dishwasher, if those are important to you. Paul is very responsive, friendly, and accommodating.
Pricey for a basic summer house rental during pre-season. We were expecting a few amenities such as cream and sugar for the coffee, maybe a few teabags, extra blankets, pillows, small shampoos etc. Some premium amenities would also have also been nice - anything to make the stay special. I think the fees doubled the price and were almost a turn-off. If the fees were more reasonable I would consider staying there again (we have another wedding coming up this fall at the same location).
This small cottage is perfect for a nice getaway for your family (if you have a few kids) or for 2 couples. The bathroom is small, but I showered outside every day, which helps free up the bathroom for the other guests. Great location on the Cape with nice access to the port and ferries at Hyannis, to the beautiful beaches on the eastern coast, and for a quick walk to the local beach. Our first trip to the Cape and I would definitely stay there again. Small, but clean and has everything you need for a base of operations.
Great location near some small private beaches for our late season getaway. Great communication and response time with owner. Will return for sure.
Checkin and communication with the property manager was easy. The place was a bit small for our family of five, especially with the baby in a pack and play, the master bedroom was really tight. Easy walk to the local beach, but we ended up driving to some nicer bigger beaches. My only real complaint is the beds are made of metal and they creaked / made noise whenever you moved, which made sleeping tough at times.
We had a wonderful time, the cottage was very clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor shower! We explored many areas on the Cape and the location was perfect. Thank you!
Our stay was great. Description was on point. Cottage is small. Perfect for vacation. Not a lot of housekeeping needed. More time for beach ❤️⛱❤️
It was very clean, comfortable and close to beaches shopping, restaurants, etc.. worked perfectly for my last minute vacation.
We had a very short, 2 night stay. The house is great, super clean and cute. LOVED the outdoor shower. House is close to everything, you can't go wrong with this one ! Cindy and Ed Kingston, MA
We loved our stay. Thank you!
Really enjoyed the stay, it was a nice quiet area and really relaxing!
This property was extremely clean and well stocked with everything needed for the 4 days we stayed. However, The property is advertised as having 2 bathrooms but it only has 1 in the house. (There is an outdoor shower but it’s not a bathroom. ) Recommended description be corrected.
