Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.9 miles, a pub. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP. The property is on a working farm. Long Linney is a charming holiday home, ideal for a rural escape to Devon.

The beautiful cliff-top fishing village of Clovelly is half an hour by road, and the delights of Exmoor and Dartmoor can be reached in under an hour. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks – it’s all on the doorstep.
