Dot’s cottage is situated mid-way down Bridge Lane, a quiet road with little passing traffic leading down to the waterfront. On entering the front door there is a roomy lobby with plenty of hanging space for coats, as well as storage for hats, gloves, shoes etc. The lobby opens into a bright, newly furnished living room which has a dining area at one end. Stayed Aug 19, 2023This must be our 5th or 6th visit back to Instow and Dot’s cottage. It is as good as it was when we first visited 9 years ago. Perfect location, close to pubs and beach for the most beautiful sunsets.
