Our log cottage on Blue Lake is in a beautiful area of Northwest Michigan. If you like peace and quiet this is the lake front cottage for you. The cottage sits on 100' of frontage and is located on the East side of the lake so we get great sunsets. The fall colors are beautiful. Almost every room in the cottage has a great view of the lake. Listen to the loons calling through out the day and watch the sunset in the evening. There is wildlife galore. Blue Lake is an all sports lake connected

Stayed Sep 1, 2025Had a wonderful time at the cabin with the family. Blue lake is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed swimming, sunsets, bonfires and hearing the loons. Cabin was very clean and organized.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Cabin was clean and accommodating. Everything worked as it should. Lake was beautiful. Peaceful. Kids had a blast. If you want Quiet and relaxing this is it. Host was kind and very accommodating. Definitely a place to check out. We brought our boat and it worked out amazing.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024We used this as a base for the atv trail system. Great location with plenty of parking for trailer. The cottage was comfortable and unique. Truly a nostalgic place. The boys loved the loft/bunk beds. The cottage was clean and well cared for.

Stayed May 30, 2024This is our second stay at this cabin and it won't be our last. We love it for the location off the Kalkaska ATV trail system and the beautiful lake views for morning coffee! Thanks for sharing your cabin with us!

Stayed Sep 21, 2023We were new to the area and wanted something close to the ATV trails. This cabin was perfectly located to go any direction on the trails and have a great place to drink morning coffee and have a nighttime fire! Probably one of the cleanest and most tidy rentals we've ever stayed in. We will definitely rent here again!
