Location!!! A one bedroom cottage, 2 blocks from Gulf, and Old Naples.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved having coffee on our porch and being able to walk down to the beach or walk up to amazing shops and restaurants!! Kate is a great host making sure everything is perfect! Looking forward to going back!

Perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops and the beach. We really enjoyed the area for walking- it’s in a beautiful part of Old Naples. The cottage was very clean. The unit is only 500 square feet, so it is not a large place. The only complaint for us is that the towels are in need of replacement. The host was very easy to work with.

The cottage was in a prime location. Very short walk to the beach, shops and dining. The cottage was very comfortable and although we didn't need much, it was supplied with all the essentials. We enjoyed having cocktails at the Sea Salt patio bar and Tulia was exceptional for dinner.

This place is beautiful and the location couldn’t be better!! You can walk everywhere.

Katie is an exceptional host and the property she suggested we move to was outstanding. Remodeling was finishing on the cottage next door to our original rental so Katie thought we would be more comfortable at a nearby location. Everything we needed for a great stay near the beach was provided. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The location meant we walked to the beach and breakfast. The bed was the most comfortable ever, hoping to purchase the same mattress for home. With family in south Florida we visit annually and I’ll look for Katie’s properties first every time.

We had an amazing stay in this cottage. We arrived a little early and our host let us check in upon arrival because the cottage was ready. She provided great communication from booking to check out. The property was exactly what is shown in the listing and was extremely clean! We were 1 block to 3rd street, offering many shops and restaurant options that you could walk to. The beach is 2 blocks away and beautiful! the sunsets were amazing! The cottage was better equipped then most we have stayed at. There was construction going on across the street. However there is a noise maker next to the bed. It did not really effect our stay and was not very loud. There was also a little sitting area outside the unit with a table. Perfect for morning coffee or a nice cocktail at the end of the day. We were very comfortable and will rebook the next time were are headed to Naples.Loved the cottage and loved the location!

EVERYTHING is walking distance. 3rd Ave, 5th Ave etc. The property is quant. Reminds me of Cape Cod with the white picket fence and the trellis. Planning next years trip now.

We had a wonderful stay in very pleasant surroundings in a very well laid-out, clean and functional cottage. Simple and efficient welcome. The sunsets are as beautiful as ever, just 200 yards from the cottage.

The property is walkable to the beach, which was exactly what we wanted. Very clean and very well maintained.

This cottage has lovely decor and is an easy stroll to the beach, shopping and dining. It has a nice little spot for sitting outside with morning coffee.

Cottage A of the Naples Coquina cottages was just what we were looking for. Neat, clean, quaint, and the perfect size for a seven day stay. Two blocks from the beach near the Naples pier, it did not lack for any need during the week. Despite the new hotel construction across the street it was it was relatively quiet and clean all week. Walking distances to many restaurants, shops and neighborhoods which meant we parked the car and barely used it all week. The property host, Kate was super friendly and responded immediately to our inquiries. Highly recommend the property.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the cottage. The location was ideally situated between the beach and Old Naples shops and restaurants. Everything needed was provided and Kate was exceptionally responsive!

The unit was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach or 3rd Avenue shops/dining. Kate was a wonderful host and was easy to communicate with. She provided beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and towels - made everything so easy to enjoy our weekend. Definitely a great place to stay!
