Llucalari Nou, traditional country house with private pool

We recently travelled to Son Bou as an extended family of 16. The finca provided the perfect accommodation for our stay. It is set in a beautiful, peaceful location meaning that we could have plenty of fun and games without disturbing others. The grounds are really well maintained and the shaded area was perfect for evening dining and a place to escape the sun during the intense heat we experienced. The butterflies in the bush outside, and the resident tortoise family, were a pleasant surprise. The house is very well equipped and we easily found everything that we needed. Pere Salas responded promptly to any queries that we had. We highly recommend San Crispin supermarket in Alaior for on-line shopping. If you have a medical emergency, as we did, the local doctor in Son Bou is very friendly and organised additional care through the insurance company - just remember to keep your boarding passes! We highly recommend this property.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Finca Llucalari Nou. We were a large family group with ages ranging from 16 months to 72 and we all had a brilliant time. The villa is stunning - scrupulously clean with beautifully maintained garden, well equipped and spacious. Every bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom and we were all very comfortable. Pere’s communications were helpful and he always responded very quickly if we had a query. The secluded location meant that we could all relax and the children were able to make as much noise as they liked without disturbing anyone else. The local wild tortoises and red kites were a huge hit whenever we could drag them away from the pool and Son Bou and it’s lovely beach and beach bars are just a stone’s throw away. We had waited 3 years for this holiday due to Covid and must say how grateful we were to Pere and his team for how accommodating they were with the 2 postponements. When we finally made it the holiday exceeded our high expectations!

Spacious villa in and outside. Lovely pool. Quiet and peaceful. Loved butterflies that nestle in flowers as you walk towards pool area. Only down side which can not be helped is lots of flies in kitchen in villa and outside. Would definitely stay again

We had a group of 12 staying here for 6 days. It was a groups of friend in town for a wedding on the island, so the layout (all rooms on suite) worked perfectly. The outdoor spaces were super fun, with plenty of space and activities (foosball/ping pong/pool/terraces/bbq). Perfect location that made exploring different parts of the island easy while also maintaining privacy. Management was responsive and helpful, fully recommend!

Beautiful house, much appreciated swimming pool. Very helpful contact, very welcome midweek clean with fresh towels. Air conditioning would be the icing on the cake, but we coped with the plentiful fans supplied. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We have just spent two wonderful weeks in this property. Ages ranged from 2 to 60 and it was perfect for all. The setting of the property is fantastic, in the middle of nature, perfect for a peaceful holiday barring the noises of all the local wildlife which we loved. Walking around the estate was great as you are the only people there. If you want a lively resort holiday this is not for you. If you want peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings with a lovely high spec quality villa which is very well equipped, then it is. I would not hesitate to recommend it and would love to stay again. Pere is also very helpful and informative which makes the experience that much better.
