Lazy Lou: Low Rates for Aug-Sep. 4 Bedroom+4.5 Bath+Pools+Hot Tub+Screen Porches

Overall our stay was great. The house was exactly as listed, great location within the neighborhood and to the beach. Everything was clean, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the commonly used appliances and utensils. Check in was a bit of a headache because the gate code didnt work which left us stuck at the gate with a line of cars behind us. We attempted to contact the host several times that night via the phone number listed and through Vrbo with no response until the next morning. This was a huge inconvenience for us as well as the other family who was staying as well.

Our stay at Lazy Lou’s place was fantastic! The spacious cottage was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The pools were great. Host provided great local tips. Highly recommended!

It is a very nice property. It is close to everything. The kitchen is up to date, with everything you need. We have been coming down to Port St Joe for the last 10 years. We really enjoy this property, it is in a great location to the pool, shops, and the beaches. It is a 5 star property in our book.

The accommodations were great! 4 bedrooms with joining bathrooms were perfect for our large family. It was in the quiet part of the cottages, which was perfect for relaxing! Would stay here again! We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and on the front porch.

The house was stocked with everything anyone would need and the check-in check-out process was super simple. Hosts were easy to get in contact with! It was the perfect week!

Close to the bay, but not on it. Close to eating places, shopping, medical incase of a need.

Well supplied, cute, cozy, great kitchen, roomy living room and bedrooms. All mattresses very soft- more than what we prefer. Had to leave a day early because one bed frame broke.

It was a very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Screened in porches were very nice. It was much enjoyed by part of our party. The other part couldn't make it due to a visit by Hurricane Milton and not being able to travel. We will have to plan a future trip for our friends' reunion. The hosts do pay much attention to detail and comfort.

We loved the home and the amenities. Perfect location tovenjoy all that Port St Joe offers.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay and will definitely consider rebooking as our vacation destination. The neighborhood was clean, friendly, and safe with close and easy access down the road to the beach. The house itself was clean, nicely decorated, welcoming, and had most amenities we needed. Take your own dish towels and dishcloths as there were none, but the kitchen was otherwise well equipped for cooking meals. There is tv access to Hulu, but while watching, we were kicked off multiple times while trying to watch movies or programs. We were able to take the kayaks out, but there is some minor maintenance needed as some were missing plugs. Also, the racks where two of Them are kept were too high and difficult to easily access and to put back up. On a brighter note, the beds were comfortable and we would rate our overall stay quite favorably.

Family members gathered at this cozy cottage ready for fun. We enjoyed the multiple pools and that our cottage had a bathroom for every bedroom. The location was perfect as we were able to enjoy Port St Joe, Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas.

Lovely home and well kept property. Pool was close and just the perfect spot to relax. Host was most helpful. We enjoyed exploring the Port St. Joe area. Lots of great beaches and restaurants. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

We spent a week there in our family vacation. We went to Mexico beach one day, but went to Cape San Blas the other days. The kids enjoyed it much better than Mexico Beach. The house was nice. If I have anything negative about it, it’s that the internet is slow. But that could just be an area wide issue. Our cell phone service was not that great either. Overall, great place, had fun, loved the matte black silverware set and would really like to know where to get a set! (And all the coffee mugs!)

We had an amazing week at Lazy Lou! The home is very spacious and for families with grown children, definitely a gem! Thank you for being a great host with a fabulous home!

Our families booked 8 different cottages in Barefoot Cottages. We had such a good time making new memories here. The space and accommodations were perfect. The owners were very responsive to any of our questions and very helpful. We loved staying here!
