Stayed Sep 5, 2025What a stunning location this little house is in. Exactly what we wanted, dark skies at night, fabulous sea view and just minutes from the beach. The house is a country cottage, rustic but very well equipped, we had more than enough of towels, bedding, loo rolls, a full bottle of olive oil, herbs and spices plus plenty of serving dishes and utensils. Enough for us to easily cater for dinner for eight friends one evening. There are lots of seating areas all around the house in shade or sun at different times of the day and a lovely large marble topped dining table in the terrace right outside the kitchen. The upstairs balcony has breathtaking views. There are mosquito screens on all windows and doors. We accidentally locked ourselves out one day and the owners representative, Dimitra, very quickly resolved our problem. The owners mother, Eleni, brought us a tray of the most delicious crispy spanakopita. One of our best ever stays. Highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025The location, views, proximity to the beach were fantastic!Communication was hard and we arrived to a locked house, eventually found the keys.We stayed in April so it was a chilly and rainy, the only heat is the fireplace. We were comfortable making fires but not everyone might. It is a solar powered house with solar hot water so when the sun isn’t out the hot water was tepid. The location and views are worth the quirks!

Stayed Jul 30, 2022The house is stand alone located in the middle of an olive grove. Distance to the next village (Asopos) is approx. 4 km and 2 km to the next public beach (Bozas). The house looks as described in the advertisment and the landlord is a very friendly and helpful man. From the terrace in the first floor you can see the sea and at night you can watch a fantastic starry sky (!). Because of all the mosquitoes, a spray is highly recommended. Since the house has no air conditioning, you should keep the windows open all day (all windows have a mosquito screen) and use the wind from the coast.

Stayed Sep 24, 2021I had a wonderful five weeks at Rachi Boza. Kostas is a great landlord and his parents were warm and kind. His mother regularly brought me delicious food from her kitchen and treated me like a family member. The house is amidst the most wondrous garden of flowers, trees and fruits I’ve ever seen. There are many trails and cliffs to explore and you can walk to Μποζας beach, which is pebbly and has a taverna and beautiful, calm, clear water to swim in. Perfectly located for exploring the Pelopponese, the house is self supporting solar with gas cooktop. The views are of both the sea and the mountains and are spectacular. Highly recommend.

Stayed May 15, 2018For those who enjoy quiet this house is a perfect retreat. There has been so much attention to detail to home & garden which makes it such a pleasure to stay there. It’s location is amazing amidst olive groves with 360 degree views of mountains & sea. One of the highlights of the stay were visits from Eleni & Panagiotis who own the house. They are so charming & so generous with incredible food parcels of Eleni’s delicious home cooking. The beach 10 minutes walk away is also wonderful. The house is ideal for friends, or a couple or a family as there is not a lot of privacy because all the floors are connected by an open spiral staircase. We loved it there & will be back.
