Great place to stay at the lake! The house was clean, equipped and nicely decorated and close to the lake. The hosts were very quick to respond and helpful with questions we had.

Pros: great renovation, modern kitchen & bath, comfortable beds, pleasant screened porch, convenient location midway between Cooperstown and the Glimmerglass Festival. Cons: sulpher water (this was expected; bring bottled water for drinking & coffee), only a partial lake view, no closets in the main bedroom. Overall a very nice place to stay!

Perfect for our short stay in Cooperstown. Why stay in a hotel room when you can have your own cottage for the same price? Saved money by eating-in and enjoyed lots of family time while still having adequate personal space. Very clean with everything we needed including lovely little touches like games, books, even a yoga mat.

The house was a perfect stay while my son played at Dreams Park. A beautiful place—everything was clean and comfortable. My girls loved having the lake access to jump in for a quick swim when they we were not at the field. Would love to stay again!

We stayed here while our son was playing at Cooperstown Dreams Ball Park. The house was only about 9 minutes from town and 18 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams. The house was very clean, comfortable, well furnished, and had everything needed for a enjoyable vacation. Would highly recommend!

Perfect place for two adults and one child stay while spending a week visiting Cooperstown and the surrounding area. Loved being able to walk to the Lake and drive into Cooperstown. Cottage was great and owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!

House was very clean and well stocked. It’s about 10 min from downtown Cooperstown and 20 min from Field of Dreams. The only opportunity is that the bedrooms get really warm to hot when the door is shut since there is 1 window ac unit and you can’t open the windows. Easy solution is to leave bedroom door open all the time but some people don’t like doing that.

We traveled with our son to attend the Cooperstown tournament. This property was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed the porch, the quick trip to downtown Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park, and the scenery. The owners thought of all the little things to make our stay relaxing and easy. A perfect week and a beautiful property.

Stayed here for 3 nights in May. Three people. Quiet, lake views, lake access, comfortable.. Had all the amenities we needed. Would stay here again.

The cabin was cozy, comfortable and clean

A perfect “base” from which to visit all that Cooperstown has to offer, Jen and Luke’s charming cottage was enough off the beaten path to offer us quiet, privacy, and beautiful sunrises over the lake. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and appreciated high quality towels, bedding, and linens. Our hosts were extremely helpful and flexible, and we appreciated the ease with which we were able to communicate with them. We’d love to visit again!

I love this place, everything was perfect!

We stayed for the weekend and everything was perfect. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and have everything you need. The couches and beds were comfortable. My kids loved the assortment of games and puzzles, which we enjoyed along with the fall weather on the enclosed wrap around porch. If you want to enjoy a weekend in Cooperstown and are looking for a place thats modern, homely, and unique; then this is it.

Very clean and cozy cottage. We enjoyed our stay, but learned there is a difference between lake side and lake front accommodations, as the lake was not as accessible as we hoped it would be.

This is an amazing stay when visting Cooperstown! This place is spotless, has great details and a nice view of the lake. The furnishings are perfect for the space and we enjoyed eating our meals on the beautiful screened in patio. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay here again!

The property was perfect for our family for two days. We were able to go to the Hall of Fame and Main Street with ease. It was away from the teams staying for tournaments, which worked for us. The check in process was easy, and we liked the choices of coffee and appliances. The streaming TV was a huge hit too! Recommended highly for a family stay!

This cottage was perfect for our family of 3! It was so clean and inviting upon our arrival, and the space provided us with everything we needed. Jen was a very responsive host, and it was apparent that she and Luke put a lot of thought into this space! My family and I spent a ton of time on the screened in porch, usually starting our days there with our morning coffee. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable. Although my husband has been to Cooperstown before, it was my first time, and this house was close to so many attractions and parks. We look forward to coming back again!

The location was beautiful and convenient. Kind of the Goldilocks scenerio, not too much, not too little, but just right...attractive, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped ... just as you're wondering.... I wonder if there is any ??? ...there it is! The location is quiet and peaceful and cottage is tastefully put together. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent stay at the Lakeside Cottage in Cooperstown for Hall of Fame weekend. The cottage is very close to Cooperstown, the Baseball Hall of Fame, Farmers Museum, Glimmerglass State Park, and the other many attractions around Cooperstown. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 night stay. The linens and furniture were especially nice. The cottage has been very tastefully renovated/restored. The craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into the renovation cannot be overstated. The wrap around, screened-in porch and outdoor fireplace was huge hit for our family. Thank you for sharing such a special place with us. We are already planning our next trip.
