Very nicely maintained property. Great lake/beach access on site. Decks were awesome to enjoy evenings. Very close to everything. A relaxing and fun environment.

We had a wonderful family vacation and didn't want to leave! The cottage was lovely, comfortable, had everything we needed and with picture perfect views. Hosts were easy to communicate with and left nice touches to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you!

Our family of ten had the best week at this cottage. Communication with the owners was quick and responsive, even before we booked. Cottage was immaculate and the layout provided both indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing, playing games and just being together. The cottage was well equipped for making meals. We loved that the property included kayaks and a paddleboard and the kids loved fishing off the dock. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout and will definitely book again if returning to Budd Lake.

Will come back again! Personal touches were great! Location was great! Accommodations were great! Could not have asked for better communication. Jill was amazing with questions and recommendations and assistance. I should have booked a longer stay. Lesson learned!

We really enjoyed our stay with my adult children and 3 small grandchildren. The setup was ideal to provide some quiet and privacy for the different families. It was especially nice to have the upstairs for quiet time for our 3 month old baby. We found everything we needed for our stay and the home is very close to stores. The beach was perfect as were the decks where we enjoyed outdoor dining in the evenings. We look forward to coming back again soon.

We booked for the second year in a row because this house is perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, the perfect amount of bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and it’s on the water with a beach area for the kids. We ordered pizza from a local restaurant that was suggested in the welcome binder, and OMG-So good! Communication with the host is fast and easy. We will be booking again and we can’t wait!

Our family rented out both the top and bottom portion and it was the perfect rental for our week long vacation at the lake! The owners were extremely responsive and the cottage had everything we needed!

Kids had fun fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Fun was had by all.

The hosts keep this property in perfect condition. We have stayed here twice and both times they have surprised us with what they offer, their kindness, and little extras that we did not expect. THANK YOU

The location was super convenient for how close it was to the main road for groceries, restaurants, and visiting family. The views are incredible on both floors. I love that the lake has quiet hours in the morning and afternoon. We had several fire to roast hot dogs and make s'mores. And we went kayaking around the lake. Tons of amenities on the property, would definitely stay here again!

Our family owns a small cottage on Budd Lake, so we’ve been visiting Harrison for years. This year, our cottage was already booked with extended family, and we wanted to travel with cousins, so we found this rental. It was great….big enough for our 2 families with plenty of space to spread out. The private beach and the views were wonderful! So thankful we found this!

This was our second year staying at the cottage and once again we had an absolute blast. The host provided everything as indicated Plus stuff on top of that. There's literally everything you need there to relax and spend quality time with your family.

Absolutely amazing home and was right on the water.The house was fully stocked with everything we needed.Would highly recommend staying here.The kids loved the little beach area.Caught lots of fish as well! Loved loved loved it!
