Stayed Jun 15, 2025Our family of ten had the best week at this cottage. Communication with the owners was quick and responsive, even before we booked. Cottage was immaculate and the layout provided both indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing, playing games and just being together. The cottage was well equipped for making meals. We loved that the property included kayaks and a paddleboard and the kids loved fishing off the dock. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout and will definitely book again if returning to Budd Lake.

Stayed Aug 18, 2024We really enjoyed our stay with my adult children and 3 small grandchildren. The setup was ideal to provide some quiet and privacy for the different families. It was especially nice to have the upstairs for quiet time for our 3 month old baby. We found everything we needed for our stay and the home is very close to stores. The beach was perfect as were the decks where we enjoyed outdoor dining in the evenings. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024We booked for the second year in a row because this house is perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, the perfect amount of bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and it’s on the water with a beach area for the kids. We ordered pizza from a local restaurant that was suggested in the welcome binder, and OMG-So good! Communication with the host is fast and easy. We will be booking again and we can’t wait!
