Stayed Jul 9, 2025We've rented quite a few vacation properties in the Georgia mountains over the years and this was by far our favorite. The location on the lake is really beautiful and quiet. The outdoor screen porch was a great place to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The living areas and bedrooms were very comfortable and the owners very responsive. I highly recommend and hope to come back next year as well.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Our stay at this Lake House was ideal. The pictures don't do it justice. It was more than we expected and perfect for our group of teens, parents, and grandparents. Everything is well appointed and comfortable. We hope to return in the future and spend more time on the lake and in this lovely home.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024We absolutely loved our week at Lakeside Retreat. The house was as beautiful as advertised, and the owner was such a pleasure to work with. We had zero issues during our stay and the house was wonderfully appointed both inside and out. There isn't anything that the owners didn't think of! We loved eating our meals and relaxing on the huge screened in porch, making snores at the fire pit on the deck, swimming off the dock, and using their paddle board, kayaks, and swim mat. Such an awesome house and stay! We will be back!
