Lake Grove Cottage: 1 min walk to the Strip!

Beautiful property, backyard was outstanding! It had everything we needed! Host was phenomenal!

The cottage was super cute! And it was so close to the strip! So easy to walk everywhere! The host was extremely kind and communication was excellent! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in a cute, clean, and extremely close to the action cottage at Geneva on the Lake!

We absolutely love staying here. It is a very nice space right on the strip that you can walk to everything!

Property was perfect for my husband, 2 friends and me. Lovely kitchen and spacious back yard. Rooms are small, but you’re out and about all day anyway so we didn’t mind it at all. Michael was super responsive. Excited to stay here again next summer!

The house was well equipped for cooking, grilling and making a fire in the fire pit. Everything was very clean and well organized. This is a super convenient location to the strip with a parking pad on a quiet street. The host was very responsive and we experienced no issues at all. We would definitely rent this house again!

Everything was great, only thing that could be improved is, if you could remind cleaning people to re-fill body wash and shampoo dispensers. Body wash was empty and shampoo was very close to empty. Otherwise, it was perfect!

This was a very nice place with just enough space. The back yard is beautoful and suitable for cookouts or fires. Clean and comfy with good amenities. I enjoyed the fireplace and in unit laundry.

We had a great stay! Was our second time booking this rental and all was just as good as the first. Very convenient location.

The midges were so bad and at least 50 came into the house each time we opened the door. I suggest spraying it with something like some of the bars did so we can get in and out of the house. Due to the number of midges in the house, we slept with the bedroom doors shut and had to turn the AC down low to cool off the bedrooms. We wouldn’t have had any issues without the midges, so I would definitely stay here again! Had everything we needed and was clean!

The property was a two minute walk to the strip at Geneva on the lake. It made it so easy just to park our car at the cottage and walk up to the strip. The host was so accommodating and answered any questions I had very promptly. The interior of the cottage was very clean And very up-to-date. There were also some amenities that we appreciated having. I rate this cottage as a five. We could drive to the beach in about six minutes, so convenient.

Excellent location, just a minute walk from the strip. Small but comfortable cottage, nice fenced in backyard with fire pit. A little pricey for the space but otherwise a terrific stay.

The place was clean and equiped with most everything we needed. We were there three nights so did not cook only made coffee in the morning. We plan to come back again as the rental was very convenient to everything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to use your place.

Very clean. Perfect for my husband and I for our little get-away. Just the right size for us. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Michael was very easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. Close enough to the strip to walk, but didn't have all the noise from the music venues.

Great property on a quiet street. Beautiful home and very cozy for a summer getaway. Will definitely rent this property again!

Highly recommend…..small but Gr8 for me & my husband. Easy walk to strip, nice neighborhood. 2 story house overlooking backyard with balcony but no one there during our stay otherwise might be uncomfortable sitting in backyard with them looking down on you. But still would stay again….A rating.

This place was super clean and in the best location if you are looking to walk around the main strip. Micheal was very helpful and very responsive!

My husband, our friends, and I enjoyed our stay at Lake Grove Cottage. The cottage is tastefully decorated, and we had everything we needed. We were able to walk to the strip which we really appreciated. It was our first visit to Geneva on the Lake, and the host communicated with us promptly in response to our questions about area restaurants and wineries. We lived GOTL and the cottage!

Overall it was a good property and stay. Close to everything! It is very nice that they provided soap, garbage bags and a few other things. Sadly the washer didn’t work so we couldn’t do laundry before leaving as planned. The fridge was very clean and check-in was easy. There was also a homeless man roaming around non stop around the street and kept following us around which made me very uncomfortable with my kids.

Wonderful 4 day trip. Place close enough to strip but far enough away from busyness of strip. Plenty of room, great accommodations such as towels, sheets, kitchen items, propane grill. Very pleased! Only request I have is adding mat or slip strips to tub for safety. Overal definitely place to rent and would be thrilled to do it again.

My family (wife and two kids ages 5 & 6) visited GOTL for Memorial Day weekend. Overall it was a great visit. The cottage is very close to the main strip making a lot of activities walkable. We went to the Adventure Zone, Eddie’s Grill, Madsen Donuts and many of the little shops with a short walk. The cottage is great for families but is a little snug. But we spent so much time away from the cottage that it wasn’t an issue. The property is very clean and has been modernized. There were lots of amenities provided by the owner which quad greatly appreciated. It’s the small things that count and there were plenty of those!

Perfect stay in a cozy cabin. The cabin was as described and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and fit our needs. Owner was great and let us check in early. Highly recommended.

Booked this cottage for a friend’s bachelorette getaway trip. We had never been to this area before but the cottage provided many brochures and contacts for local businesses. For the 4 of us girls, the cottage was a good size. The backyard was spacious for a fire and even had a grill. Due to the weather, we stayed indoors when we weren’t out at the wineries. Very nice interior and decor. Overall we loved it!

Great city! Locals were kind, place was clean and updated. We would really enjoy coming back in summer when Geneva would be more busy and places would have a more lively atmoshpher. Tried many tasty places! Ferrante winery is amazing, as well crowning hen saloon.

Thanks to Micheal this was a great stay. We enjoyed the cozy cottage vibe as a chance for my wife and I to enjoy our anniversary away from our kids. Only issue was not thinking about there being no snacks or drinks available, but this was our 1st VRBO stay so just something for us to learn moving forward. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Geneva area for a long weekend.

My wife and I wanted to get away to celebrate our 40th birthdays without kids. We decided on this property and weren't let down! Nice, quaint, easy to find, and good location.

House was smaller then we expected. But it was very clean and super relaxing. Was super great to be able to walk to the strip. Had some really close neighbors but they were good neighbors.

The cottage was amazing, it was very clean, loved the lay out, easy to get to, within walking distance from the strip. We would defiantly rent it again!

Nice cozy cottage… as advertised great location in proximity to main strip….great for a family of 4 with smaller children.

My friend and I loved this place. There was only 2 of us this time but accommodations for 3 is perfect. Super clean and close to everything on the strip and the beach. We will definitely be returning.
