Our cottage is located directly off of Cherokee Scenic Hwy 11 in Salem, SC. Located adjacent to Keowee Falls - South, a private, gated community.
The floating dock houses a private boat, but there are moorings on either side to park your boat.
Privately owned home located directly on Lake Keowee with a floating dock. The dock has 2 moorings on either side and a swimming ladder. The house is well equipped with essentials, including washer and dryer, gas grill and satellite TV.

Stayed Nov 1, 2025Quick easy process and host . We absolutely loved our time there. We saw lots of deer around the house, caught some fish, and simply decompressed. What a great little piece of paradise. My wife and I would highly recommend for some quiet time away. My son had his boat, so we got to ride around the lake and see all the beautiful houses and scenery. We will definitely be back

Stayed Sep 5, 2025The property was great. We loved the privacy of the home. The lake water was so clean and warm. I enjoyed the little hiking trail. The deck is completely fenced in which was perfect for our dog. The inside of the house was very clean and inviting. The outside could use some extra love. (Lots of cobwebs). Very nice stay would like to return

Stayed Jun 30, 2025We had a great time and the house and dock were perfect for a couple of nights away. The location was easy to get to and lake access was close by. Not having WiFi was great for this trip but I would make this a more regular location if I could also work remotely while on vacation.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Perfect get away before back to school for this teacher and her family. Very private. We enjoyed swimming in the Lake and the dog LOVED jumping off the dock! I only wish we could afford to stay longer.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024The property was so beautiful and cozy! Nestled in the woods and so secluded, the inside also was so quaint! The property doesn’t have WiFi with some spotty service but it made for an unplugged weekend! The entrance / the drive to the property once in the neighborhood was a long gravel road, which I didn’t expect and I had a jet ski trailer however other than that it was great!
