Stayed Oct 31, 2024Nice and relaxing stay with friends. Place for 10 persons is really th maximum. on line was an 'hut tup' but this is just a bath in the house .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here for two weeks and found the house to be very comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped -our only negative comments would be that there are no facilities for drying washing and very few mirrors. The caretakers were very helpful. The setting was beautiful - a lovely lake, with no other houses on it, so a very private place. Lots of wildlife and a lovely short walk around the lake. Cul des Sarts is the nearest village and it has good facilities - excellent small supermarket, bars, cafes, bakers, hairdresser, etc. Chimay is well worth visiting and Rocroi is a nice place too, but this isn't a touristy area. If you want a peaceful few days in a glorious place, this is for you!
