Stayed Feb 17, 2026Room was clean, parking was awesome and made it easy to unload my vehicle. Area was very quiet and relaxing even though I was there on business. Property Manager was very friendly and available when & if I needed her. She made the check in very easy and extremely welcoming. This little cottage was adorable.

Stayed May 7, 2026The pictures don't do justice to this delightful and quirky Cottage. I adored it. The host was fantastic and even met me there with a little box of donuts from a local bakery. I felt like a princess!

Stayed Dec 23, 2025Melanie was an amazing host! This adorable cottage was the perfect space for my adult daughter and her four-legged baby, Lily, over the holidays. When we arrived to get her settled in, I was delightfully surprised with how everything was decorated for the holidays! There was even fresh flowers and cookie trays for us and her pup! This one bedroom cottage was tucked away in a safe and quiet area and was clean and beautiful! No detail was missed! Thank you for being an amazing hostess! Highly recommend any of Melanie’s properties if you are in the Belle Vernon area.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Unique little place to stay. Went back in time the entire stay. Melanie has utilized every space with items that conjured up memories of junior and high school days.Comfortable and compact but very accessible to the places we wanted to visit.
