Stayed Apr 19, 2025It is not usual that you get to meet the owner of the property but we did, and what a treat it was. He was around the property tidying up and caring for it. We felt so welcomed. He went above and beyond to help us when we had a car issue and found some duct tape to get us by. He also was able to get us more pillows immediately. The owners care about the cleanliness, and your comfort. The unit was huge and we enjoyed the backyard, very much. It's quiet and in a lovely neighborhood with friendly passerby's. If ever in the Naples area, this location is in perfect proximity to 5th Avenue, and also to hop on the highway to head south to Marco Island. It's also right near the Botanical Gardens and is across the street from an Olive Garden. Truly a lovely place that we would recommend to anyone. They are also pet-friendly and that was a huge motivator to stay at this location. Thanks for everything! :)

Stayed Dec 25, 2025The apartment was very nice and in a great location. We were able to walk to Tin City, 5th Ave shops/restaurants, and the beach. The only improvement would be a better bed. It does bot have box spring and the mattress did not have much support. If it had a nice bed (an upgrade to a Queen with a boxspring and nice mattress) this would be a 5 star review.

Stayed Oct 28, 2025Location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Very clean, stocked with all you need for the stay. Close to beaches, Tin City, Botanical Gardens and lots of other points of interest. Great communication and would highly recommend if you are planning a stay a vacation in Naples. Will be staying again.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025This cottage was perfect. It had all the basics. It was very clean. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. We stayed downstairs and it was very private. Only thing I wish it had a bedroom door. Bring back the bedroom door please! We loved our stay.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025We enjoyed our time at Carlos' vrbo in Naples. The neighborhood was very quiet even though we were so close to downtown Naples and so many great restaurants and beaches. Loved the location. The inside of the unit is updated and very clean.
