Beautiful 140 m2 Poitevin house, recently renovated with contemporary comfort, spacious, bright, opening onto a large 40 m² terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, parasol) and a garden with deckchairs, outdoor games (pétanque) , rackets, balls, roller skates, ...).
On the ground floor, it consists of a large living room of 55 m2 with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with sofas and armchairs around a wood stove and television. Separate WC in the upstairs accesscorridor.
A room accessible to all on the ground floor communicating with a walk-in shower and private WC,

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed,
another bedroom with 3 beds (1 bed of 130, 1 bed of 120 and 1 bed of 90),
a bathroom upstairs and separate WC (upstairs).

On the upstairs landing, a relaxation / reading area for adults and a games table area for children have been set up. A dressing area allows you to store your belongings.
