Beautiful location and very well presented. Expected the houses to be small but felt much more spacious.

We had such a lovely stay at honeybee just after new year. The home was cosy and warm despite the snowy weather and everything we needed was provided. Apologies, we did have to sign out of Netflix as it kept blocking us out, saying honeybee was not part of the household. The alpacas were incredibly friendly and were ready and eager for their breakfast each morning. The views were stunning and the owner allowed us a few extra hours at check out as we were snowed in. Very much appreciated!

We had the best stay at Honeybee Home recently! It was a first holiday taking our two dogs away and this made it more special. They had the best time looking at the alpacas and all the going’s on with the sheep etc they could see! From the home made cake at check in, to Claire even popping round after I’d asked her a question to check everything was ok, we couldn’t have hoped for better!! We will most definitely be returning! Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved this cute little Hobbit Home. Really clean with everything you could need (apart from no instructions for the induction hob, which did change plans for one meal as I couldn't work it). Lovely, comfy beds. So nice to have an extra loo and a garden room by the hot tub. Alpacas were a little intimidating at first, but very friendly. Would highly recommend this place, and will definitely be returning

Thank you for a lovely stay. The Alpacas were adorable. Always popping over us, and very intrigued looking at our mini pooch. The property was lovely and clean, everything you need. The views were incredible, loved watching the sunrise with a cuppa in the morning. Thanks very much, would love to return.

Only stayed for 38 minutes due to consistent stream of flies in the kitchen area. Which meant you couldn’t prepare food safely or relax with them buzzing around, killed over 20 in the time and every time we thought we got them all another dozen appeared

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Honeybee home. Our daughter loved feeding the alpacas who kept us company every day. The location was quiet with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed using the sunny evenings to roast marshmallows and soak in the woodfired hot tub after long day of activities. The home itself was well stocked and comfortable, and the hosts attentive and thoughtful - the homemade cake was a real treat! The care that the hosts have taken with the design of the property - both inside and out - is apparent in every corner of the home. We found lots of excellent family activities in the area but looked forward to coming back to Honeybee home each night! Definitely recommend for a family getaway or a romantic break.

We stayed in the Honeybee Home and it was absolutely incredible. The home was beautifully decorated, spacious, modern, and so cosy. The photos honestly don’t do it justice! The views were stunning, and waking up to see the alpacas just outside was the best part of every day. Feeding them became our daily highlight, they were so friendly and full of personality! The wood fired hot tub was amazing, it heated up quicker than we expected and was the perfect way to relax while taking in the countryside views. We were also surprised with a delicious homemade cake that made us feel so welcome. We honestly didn’t want to leave and will 100% be coming back.

Just got back from a lovely stay at honeybee home. Everything was absolutely perfect, so happy with the accommodation, and the alpacas and surroundings just made it extra special and a unique experience. The hobit home has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, board games, bbq and kids enjoyed the swing ball outside. We will definitely be back! We had lovely days out at Blists Hill Village and Park Hall farm with the kids (ages 4 and 7). Thanks again Claire!

We had a really enjoyable stay at the hobbit hole. The location was beautiful. Really peaceful area and loved seeing the alpacas. The hot tub was great as well - top tip don't overheat the fire too much - if you think it might not be hot enough get in and check as it probably is! We loved that everything you needed was there and especially enjoyed having an air fryer to use! Loved it and would definitely book again. Claire was really helpful and we loved the Victoria sponge from Claires mother in law! Thanks for a lovely stay for our 15 yr anniversary.

We absolutely loved this property! The house is colourful and quirky with a bee theme throughout. It was spotless, warm and super cosy. Whilst small, it made great use of the available space. We felt there was plenty of room for myself, my teenage daughter and our cairn terrier and it didn't feel cramped at all. My daughter loved the underground twin bedroom, she was really comfortable in there. The bathroom was a good size, with double basins and a very nice walk in shower and the kitchen area was spacious and kitted out with everything you could need for a self-catering break. Claire, the owner was really friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. She also left the most delicious, homemade Victoria sponge for our arrival. We also booked the hot tub for our weekend which we very much enjoyed using on the Saturday night. There were plenty of logs available for its wood fired stove so the water heated to the perfect temperature. The outside space is great, really liked the garden room near the hot tub (with loo which is really useful!) and there's a lovely patio area with lots of seating (although in January we weren't really able to make the most of that!). We also got to meet and feed some alpaca neighbours much to the delight of my daughter who loved them. The location is also great, it's close to the A483 so it's easy to get out to explore the local area. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Honeybee Home for a family New Year break. Everything exceeded our expectations. The owners. The alpacas. The scenery. The actual accommodation was absolutely gorgeous. The attention to detail was really lovely and well thought out. There is a lot of outdoor private space too, which we didn't expect. The hot tub was a treat. The dog had a wonderful time. We visited the waterfalls and Powys Castle, but we were really happy in our lovely accommodation, playing games, hanging out and feeding the alpacas. We asked the children what they thought and they said they don't want to go anywhere else, even France or Italy. So... We highly recommend it and will be back ASAP. Thanks to Claire, Dave and family for creating this special place. The Seeds.

Had the most perfect weekend away with my partner and our little boy (2 years). The accommodation was absolutely beautiful with the Christmassy touches to make it even more magical, the delicious home made cake and our little boys favourite part spending lots of time with the alpacas (he named his favourite Alpaca “Macka Packa”)! Would highly recommend and would definitely return again.
