Historic secluded cottage…6 blocks from the town square with gazebo relaxation.

We had the perfect stay. The home was adorable and cozy, had everything we could have asked for and more.

The house is warm and welcoming. Super comfortable and cozy living room. The property is beautiful and peaceful. It is a perfect location for exploring downtown Prescott. A huge bonus are the hiking trails with amazing views you can walk up to from the front of the house. We loved our stay!

What a perfect stay in Prescott! The owner was communicative, friendly, and so helpful with recommendations and accommodating us. The house is SO cute— it’s private, with a beautiful outdoor patio adorned with lights. The inside is clean, fully stocked, and cozy. We cuddled up by the fireplace most of the time and gathered at the kitchen island to snack. We slept great and felt so relaxed. The best part is that this house is in walking distance of the town center and we walked everywhere. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Perfect little cottage! We were busy at a golf tournament most of the time but enjoyed having such a peaceful place to enjoy in the evenings. Love all the windows to look out at the trees!

Our stay was absolutely amazing and everything we were hoping for! The home is exactly as described online and located close to downtown, so those in our group that wanted to walk to town were able and those that preferred to drive were able. Bob was very thorough in giving us directions to find the property and how to get into the home. We love visiting Prescott and will definitely be staying at this home again in the future!

We stayed with our twin boys over a soccer tournament weekend. We had to arrive late and Bob made sure we had all the info to access the property and made sure we knew how to use the fireplace bc it was going to be a chilly weekend. The accommodations were very homey and we were able to make breakfast for the family before heading out to our games with the well stocked kitchen. Bob was also very agreeable to a few requests that we had so always ask your hosts about what you may need :) The beds were comfortable and the living room very cozy. We would definitely stay again!

Super cute little house great location, very close to downtown courthouse area. This house is perfect for 2 people. If you want something quiet, relaxing don’t care about having TVs in your bedroom and wanna just really chill. This is the house for you. Lots of windows and skylights. Owner is very nice easy to communicate with. Great for a very quiet weekend getaway.

Beautiful, cute little cottage. Love the character & decor. It had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated for Christmas . Super close to downtown! Would 10/10 recommend & hope to stay again soon!

The house was close to the center of town but enough out of the way to escape the crowds that were present at the Holiday Courthouse lighting. The walk to the Courthouse was a bit hilly but easy to do if you took your time. The inside of the house was well appointed and the kitchen well stocked. Beds were great and the owner was very responsive. We would like to rent again soon. It was perfect for our small family group.

We spent a weekend as a family of five and it was great. The home is spotless and updated. The property is in the middle of a neighborhood but set back with trees so you feel like you are in the woods. Bob was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the historic cottage, we took a short walk every day to the end of the road to ,Acker Park ( scenic views ) great trails .

We enjoyed our stay. Property is in a central location in a great setting. Would recommend a stay here.
