Nice Neighborhood.
You can walk to just about anywhere in Jacksonville from here.
Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
The cottage is in a fabulous location but the bed and pillows will leave you with a very sore back!
Wonderful and very comfortable. Wouldn’t change a thing
I don't often give reviews but I don't often rent a cottage that is better than advertised. From the time we walked in until the time we checked out, this property and location exceeded expectations. When your wife is taking pictures of the place, you know you've chosen the right place. A great cottage and location for two.
Immaculate little house in cute ville. This is our “go to” rental when visiting this part of the country.
Everything was perfect. So many people stopped to comment and see inside. From design to decor, it couldn’t be cuter.
We stayed for 2 nights. Enjoyed Jacksonville and golfing nearby. Best of all enjoyed walking to Britt and then from our porch talking to all the people coming down the hill from the concert. Great little cottage !!
Very nice property that is perfect for a couple plus maybe another person or child. Location is excellent and the property was top notch.
The little home is beautifully appointed, not over decorated, and very comfortable. Delightful. Clean and fresh. The owners were thoughtful about design and experience, right down to the clear instructions. We needed a quiet place to take a break and just read our books. It was so perfect. Walking distance from everything; restaurants, ice cream, morning coffee, shops, parks, trails. Truly a perfect weekend. We look forward to returning.
We were fortunate to book this sweet little house in the heart of Jacksonville. It had everything we could have envisioned, and the restoration work on the historic house was very high quality.
Very simply...perfect. Clean, close to town, beautiful.
Would definitely stay here again, the location is perfect for walking around downtown. It was such a lovely, cozy home to stay in too. Would recommend!
This is a very charming cottage. It is very clean and the decor was done very meticulously and with nice amenities. There is crown moulding, nice tile in the kitchen and bathroom, wainscotting around the dining area, and includes a rustic wooden table. The flooring is really nicely done. It is a perfect size for a couple, the bedroom and bathroom on the small size, but the kitchen feels big and inviting. The location is awesome!, steps from GoodBean coffee and a short walk to the main downtown street with shops and restaurants. A grocery store, Ray's Food Place, is also a short walk away. There are nice hiking trails nearby, which we will have to do next visit.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Clean, charming, well appointed- comfortable bed with high quality linen. The fireplace was so atmospheric. Deanna made everything so easy. We came to enjoy Halloween, and had such a beautiful time. We will definitely be back!
Wonderful cozy house, so charming and clean. Great location.
Cute cottage that is perfect for a couple of any age. It is in a great location in Jacksonville Oregon. Literally across the street from the city’s best restaurant, Gigi’s, and a five minute walk from Bella which has a beautiful outdoor patio.
Three of us stayed here for two nights and greatly enjoyed it. The house is very nicely set up with decent kitchen, nice living room, one small bedroom. It's cheery and nicely decorated. The owner sent entry instructions that were simple and it was no problem getting into the place. There was a fresh bag of ice in the freezer which was a thoughtful touch. The location is excellent, being one block from a good coffee house and another block from the main street in Jacksonville. It's a good base for exploring the town as well as the wineries of the Applegate Valley. Be aware that it's small. The bed takes up almost all of the bedroom and if you have more than two, then the pullout couch in the roomy living room will be needed. That was great for us, with ourselves and one grown daughter. Also, the cleanup requirements for guests seemed a bit much given a pretty steep cleaning fee. Those are nits being picked, though. It's a nice place in a great location.
Nice for 2 people. Close to all Jacksonville has to offer. Hope you like a super soft bed..
Great location. Very convenient to everything.
Super cute & clean house right next to the Britt fest and a coffee shop! Walkable to downtown and trails. Spacious shower, comfortable bed and foldout couch. Nicely decorated.
Lovely cottage, clean, bright, tastfully decorated with well furnished kitchen. Only suggestion to add a small table to front porch furnishings so guests can enjoy sitting outside and having coffee or appetizers. Would be nice to have a patio in the back to have meals. Would check into small insects in the living room. One guest had small bites that may have come from sleeping in the living room. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.
It was our second time staying at the Historic Bradshaw house. We love the house and the location. It is close to the historic downtown of Jacksonville and two blocks from the Britt Festival area. We will be back!
Nice house, good size for us. Enjoyed the stay
