Stayed Jun 20, 2025We came here for our honeymoon. The cottage was perfect for us, very clean, kitchen was well stocked. It was a two minute walk to the waters edge. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our time here and would love to come back and stay in the same cottage or another with the same owner!

Stayed May 2, 2025Everything you could possibly need is already stocked up in this cottage. The decor and comfort is top notch. We spent a lot of time just sitting in the cute little courtyard on the patio furniture. Andrea was so accommodating on so many levels and made our first trip to Clearwater our new favorite place to go.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025The property is just as described in the listing and the owners are very responsive, helpful, and kind. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and all amenities are just as described. This cottage it literally 40 steps away from the beach (that was our favorite part!!!) and it is within walking distance (less than 1 mile) of anything you will need to get to on Clearwater Beach. We loved the cottage and can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything Rob & Andrea!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024The cottage is absolutely lovely. Kitchen is very well stocked as is the bathroom. There was also a very generous selection of beach accessories to use including towels, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, toys and even a wagon to tote it all to the beach. Andrea and Rob are extremely responsive and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this cottage and the hosts!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024This was our second visit to the owner's properties and we absolutely loved the experience. This one is located less than 50 feet from the beach and came with all of our beach needs including a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels and coolers. We were also just footsteps from Mandalay strip for great food and shopping. We would definitely recommend any of the 3 units that are available with this property. All are updated and luxurious. Beautiful property and location and wonderful owners who are located in town.
