Situated in Above Town in Dartmouth, Harbour Heights is a tastefully presented terraced house, upgraded in recent years and boasting panoramic river views from the lounge and garden. The property accommodates four people in two bedrooms (one en suite master with King-size bed, which can be made up as two singles on request, and one double room with King-size bed) – there is also afamily bathroom. In addition, there is also a sitting room with lovely views, a modern kitchen, utility room, and conservatory / dining room. To the rear of the cottage is a three-tiered garden area with views, plus an annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride. Harbour Heights is a two-storey reverse level property, offering a very comfortable retreat for couples or young families.
