Stayed Sep 26, 2024This was the most perfect place to stay while we were attending a wedding in Phippsburg. Lovely area with a view of Sebasco Harbor. The managing agent was super nice. Greeted us with fresh flowers and a Maine Blueberry Pie! We really felt welcome.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024This is a rustic family home nicely decorated with a beautiful water view with many boats. Our hostess, Liz, was very pleasant and prompt with any information that we needed. She even had a delicious pie on the table along with a wild flower bouquet. A notebook was provided with much information about the house .and surrounding area The house was stocked with general kitchen items like salt and pepper, some spices which was especially helpful since we came by plane. The house had 3 roomy bedrooms upstairs and a bath. the downstairs had one bedroom and 1.5 baths. Loved having convenient laundry though we only used it once. We play a lot of games so I would have liked a few more choices there. The WiFi and internet worked fine, but my cell service was terrible. Our 5 adult family had a wonderful stay in the peace and quiet.
