- Sleeping arrangements: Happinest accommodates up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. The main-level primary bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms include one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, sharing a full bath.
- Main living area: The upper level serves as the central hub of the home, featuring an open layout with tall ceilings and large windows that bring in natural light. The living room includes comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a large TV with Roku for streaming. The bright kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals, with ample workspace and easy flow into the dining and living areas for gathering. A ping pong table provides a fun indoor activity for guests of all ages.

- Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs welcome! Must be well-behaved, leash/crate trained, 2 years or older, and 45 lbs or less. $50 nonrefundable fee per pet.
- Access: Located just off Hwy 221. The driveway is paved with room for multiple cars. AWD/4WD always recommended when traveling in the mountains
