Great Waters gem! Spacious Waterfront Cottage! Family Friendly Getaway!

The house was beyond well appointed and equipped! Over stocked with towels and everything one needs.

The house is beautiful with a great setup for sleeping multiple families! The location on the lake is great with access to pool and overnight boat docking within walking distance. The reason I gave 3 stars is because they have a pretty serious ant problem at the house. Ants would come in and cover the kitchen counters when we had food sitting on them and we found them in bedrooms/bathrooms. The windows were also covered in spiderwebs from the outside and some were even cracked open, which we didn’t notice until it rained and the rain started to come in. It would have been a much more comfortable stay if it wasn’t for these issues. Also, it seems the property has a pest control issue as ants even came into our boat overnight from the docks. Fix this problem and I’d give the place 5 stars!

Everything was beyond our expectations.

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as great as the first. The home is beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. We appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The host was responsive and easy to work with, and we know that any minor issues will be handled promptly. We’re already looking forward to our third visit. Highly recommend!

We LOVED this property! From the minute we entered the neighborhood we knew we were on the right path to a great weekend. This house is so lovely! We’ve stayed in many rental homes and this was, by far, the most well appointed home to date. I don’t think I appreciated how beautiful Lake Oconee is and I certainly didn’t plan to be there on during a full moon! Beautiful sunrises and the most glorious moon views all from the comfort of this amazing home. If you are looking for a vacation home, look no further!

We rented this house to be near our friends property they own in Great Waters. This house has one of the best lots in their neighborhood with a gorgeous back porch and great views. Easy access to a marina (with ice!), walking trails and nice shared amenities. You are also close to the Great Water clubhouse. The house itself setup nicely for our three families full of elementary school age kids. Plenty of space for cooking and serving, and hanging out! Everything is updated. We will be back!

We stayed at this beautiful house with our senior parents, and teen kids. Everything was smooth and we really enjoyed relaxing in this lovely house. The owner was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back!

Close to everything! Love that the tennis/pickle all, pool and dock are all right begins the house! View is incredible from all rooms! Would definitely rent again!

Quick family trip back to the Lake and this cottage was huge and perfect for what we needed. Great views of lake and excellent setting at the cottage for some time away from home. Would definitely come back and look to see if this is available!
