Great Tarpon Getaway Sleeps 8,Pet Friendly,Steps to the Beach

The host was very responsive and accommodated us with an early check in. The house was pet friendly and there was a good sized property for taking our pup out. The only complaints were that there was some dirt and grime on the appliance handles, light switches and some surfaces, and there were several light lamps that didn't work so parts of the house were very dark. The walk to the beach was very easy and the beach was enjoyable.

Close location to the beaches & restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Host was really nice & gave a few recommendations.

Worth it and so close to the beach!

We felt harassed by the host. He kept reminding us he lived down street and he actually stayed right next door and constantly watching us. It all started on Saturday the day of our wedding on Tarpon street on beach. He said something about too many cars parked. We weren’t parked on sidewalk. Four other adults stayed with us Sunday night our last night there. And he charged us 400! We knew he overcharged and I texted him this morning and he couldn’t explain so We were refunded 300. He was rude the last few days we were there. It Was a bad experience and we are very upset over it. We felt harassed When our kids and grandkids were over visiting Saturday the day of our Wedding. And they only stayed with us the one night. He knew this! And we know would be charged but not that much! We will never stay there again!

Great place to stay and super close to the beach

Nice property for a quick getaway! Check in was a breeze. Nice backyard for grilling. Perfect location. Host was amazing!

This house was perfect for our needs. My brother and I traveled down to meet other relatives for a deep-sea fishing trip. His 7 y.o. son/ my nephew decided he wanted to tag along last minute so this place was exactly what we needed. Naturally with 3 guys we weren’t looking for all the frills of a pricey beach get-a-way but we were pleasantly surprised with this little place. Plenty of room, great location (less than a 2 min walk and we could be on the beach), and in a nice neighborhood. We all enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Older residence. Quaint. Attractive furniture, comfortable beds. Well stocked with everything you'd need. Firestick TV frequently lost connection making it difficult to watch a movie. Sheets on thequen bed needs updating.

This is a nicely kept, older cottage with a short walk to the beach in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The latter rates very high for me when visiting new places. I love the laid-back atmosphere with comfortable outdoor seating: screened porch in front and patio with grill out back. It truly felt like home away from home. The hosts are very responsive, kind and gracious. Thank you for a lovely experience for our Spring Break week!

Our stay was great. The cottage was perfect for our family and pets. The beach is only steps away. We will definitely be back.

What a fun trip. The house was just perfect. Built in 1957 and loaded with charm. It is convenient to everything...shopping, restaurants, even medical care :-) The beach and access are just a few steps away. We will definitely visit this location again. Molly and Steve were awesome to work with and provided so many recommendations for local establishments.

This cute single family home is quiet and immaculately clean. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful emerald coast water and great white sand beach. There is shopping close by as well as great restaurants.

This was my dads first trip to the beach, my mom passed 11/18 will be a year and we weren’t expecting my family to come but they did, and we was trying to figure things out when the property manager called requesting more money and that was fine we had already booked a place for the son and his wife, and the property manager man’s is pay for them to even be able to come over.

Our stay was lovely. Steve and Molly were excellent hosts. Communication was amazing, the house was extremely clean and had every need available to us. We will be back.

We loved it was so close to beach. So nice to have chairs and umbrellas provided.

You can’t get any better for the price and incredible location. Just a very short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood.
