Stayed Jan 1, 2026Owner was extremely welcoming, ensuring that we had all information about the house and location. Checked on several occasions to ensure we had everything we needed. House was just as advertised and everything we wanted. Loved location of the property. We intend to go back! It was great!

Stayed Oct 31, 2025We stayed 28 nights and everything was awesome! Very clean and well kept. Kevin of course made our stay better than we expected . Our first time renting through VRBO. And because of Kevin hopefully we get a chance stay there again soon. Thank you Kevin for everything!!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025My parents spent a month and had a wonderful time. Kevin was extremely helpful with answering their questions and helping them around the house get acquainted. I was there for a week. The Villages is a little piece of heaven!

Stayed Jul 24, 2024I had a wonderful time in this beautiful property. In The Villages and Kevin went out of his way to help me in my real estate search when he didn’t need to. He seems to truly enjoy helping his tenants understand what they need to know about The Villages and he keeps immaculate, very nicely, decorated, and landscaped properties in beautiful areas of the villages at an extremely reasonable price!
