Stayed Feb 9, 2024The place was nice. But the experience with the owner was terrible. He had an issue with his booking price not being accurate (which was not my fault) so he ignored all my messages for the first week after I booked. He delayed my check in time because he didn't' want to rent me the place at the price I booked. I had to call the hotline and stay on hold for over 40 minutes to finally get him to respond and release the access code nearly 2 hours late. I was stranded in New Orleans waiting on him to let me in.
