North Hero, Vermont
This is a really nice, well kept camp, nestled in the shade of a large cedar grove. It is on the rocky west side of North Hero, which means it has some of the cleanest water anywhere in Vermont. The best sunsets too! Two kayaks and a rowboat are here waiting for you! Great swimming, fishing, boating, hiking. Really, you name it, it's all here.
The camp itself is just what you would expect. It's been around a while, but been taken care of. It has the character you look for in a Vermont camp, not too big, not too small, easy to live in. Plenty of open space inside, lot's more outside. A queen bed in the master, bunk beds with a trundle now in the second bedroom,(pictures to follow). Foldout couch in the living room. A nice deck with a picnic table, a propane grill, Dock for small boats and swimming, bikes, a rowboat. Come play!
Internet is new here this year, and very good reception for your data enabled smartphone.

I live 15 minutes away, am available by phone most always.
This is one of a group of camps tucked in to a large grove of Cedar trees on the West shore of North Hero, known as Cedarvale. Quiet, like minded neighbors, there to enjoy the surroundings and solitude.
Please be aware, we recommend wearing water shoes while bathing or fishing. The rocks can be slippery.
The heat consists of a nice propane fired wood stove in the main open room, near the dining table and adjacent to the living room. Also, baseboard electric in the bathroom and kitchen.
We do ask that you keep the house clean, have the dishes washed before departing, if you have time strip the beds, please do. Just leave the soiled laundry in a pile. Thanks!
Pros: Few neighbors which meant it was quiet. One even apologized for running the lawn mower which was quieter than the waves on the shore; The kayaks, rowboat, and bikes ready for our use; the full kitchen, tub, and open floor plan which made life with five people easy; Even though we were there during a hot spell the house cooled down enough at night we could sleep; lots of plugs for electronics; and amazing sunsets! Cons: Not quite enough hot water for more than two showers; only one fan, the bed rooms get hot unless the doors are open; the tv is on an antenna so reception is spotty at best, if we had know we would have brought some DVDs
