Stayed Jun 27, 2025This home is so cozy and comfortable. It is not a big fancy house but that is what makes it so charming. It is thoughtfully decorated and perfect for a couple, small group of friends or a family or 4. All of the basics are available to you for cooking. The beds are comfortable and sheets and towels are new, fresh and clean. Its a very short walk to a beautiful view of the Potomac river. The host was so kind in her communication with me and so accommodating. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anybody who wants to stay somewhere homey and inviting.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Myself and my family had a wonderful time. The cottage was just perfect. Everything we needed because I know the area was nearby. The realtor was fantastic. Very sweet didn’t bother us. We didn’t bother her and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to rent in that area that cottage is perfect.

Stayed Oct 27, 2024Property was in a nice location. Very friendly neighborhood. We were there in late October, early November. Weather was nice. Host was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative I would have is the floors were a bit unlevel and the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. I would stay again. a bit uncomfortable

Stayed Oct 1, 2024I concur with the other reviews, this is a 5 star stay. The location is great. This is a quiet beach Community, really fun to walk through. The cottage is clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider going back. No reservations on this one, go ahead and book it you’ll be happy!

Stayed Sep 6, 2024This was a work weekend for my daughter and relaxation weekend for me. She was looking forward to searching for sharks teeth, this was not the location for that. We did a ton of thrifting and antiquing. Loved the cozy cottage.
