The farm is home to various nature walks that provide panoramic views of the Preseli Hills, a wetland area with a bird hide, and designated picnic and play areas. Notably, Owl Farm focuses on the conservation of rare and endangered animal species, offering guests the unique opportunity to meet these animals and learn about them. While the farm does not raise animals for meat, it is home to many unusual pets, enhancing the experience for visitors.

In addition to its tranquil setting, the farm is located less than ten minutes' drive from the award-winning Poppit Sands beach, and nearby attractions include fishing and canoeing on the River Teifi, the scenic Cenarth Falls, and seal and dolphin spotting boat trips. Freesia Cottage has direct access to its own large, fully fenced dog-friendly garden with outdoor furniture. Ample space for parking. Electric Car charging facility on site. Farm walks from the door. A games room is available for all the cottages with table tennis, pool table and TV.
