Stayed Jun 8, 2025The cottage was comfortable and cozy. Most of the rooms have ceiling fans which kept the cool cool air circulating and the sound proofing in the bedrooms was good.We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch and that the beach is within walking distance. It was exciting to see seals out in the water!

Stayed Apr 4, 2025I'll certainly be going back again. Popham beach is an extraordinary little place, (I almost don't want to tell people about it - it's a treasure.) The location is a stone's throw from the beach and the Historic Fort. It's a beautiful little village - like you walked into a Homer Winslow painting. Chris (the owner) was very flexible about changes in our plans and the little cottage was perfect for our needs. We had a beautiful time!
