Flint Cottage – 3 mins to beach

We had a wonderful stay at flint cottage. It was exceptionally clean and the owners have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property is beautifully designed. The beds were really comfy. We were sent a digital welcome pack before we arrived which was really helpful. Would highly recommend.

Flint Cottage was lovely. It was beautifully equipped and a short walk to the beach.

The cottage is really cozy! The kitchen is big and has everything you need and the owners had put some drinks in the fridge, really nice!The bedrooms were really nicely decorated. The only thing we think can be improved are the beds. Too small for our taste and the mattrasses could be a bit more comfy.We had a lovely stay!

This is a lovely little cottage with all kinds of little touches that make the welcome warm. We have family nearby and look forward to going back soon.

One of the best we've stayed in.

The cottage did not disappoint. As well as friendly communications from the owners there was a generous amount of basics and goodies in the kitchen which were much appreciated. Everything had been clearly explained including the steep stair case so there were no difficult surprises. We were very comfortable and it was ideal for our early Christmas together. Having a fully equipped kitchen made all the cooking easy . We also enjoyed a lovely walk on the nearby beach. Lovely location.The only thing I missed was a personal contact with the owners which would have been nice, but as doctors I expect they are very busy and may work some distance away so understand not very practical for them. Thank you both for welcoming card and a very enjoyable stay in your lovely and thoughtfully decorated and well equipped cottage.

Small but perfectly formed! A lovely cottage perfect for our stay and visit to Goodwood. Close to the beach and other great places to visit. Probably the best equipped kitchen I have ever come across - super sharp knives were a revelation!! The little touches were much appreciated from the welcome card and chocolate to the milk, bread and other bits left for us to enjoy. Communication with the hosts was great and we would definitely stay again.

It had virturally everything we needed for making meals in the evening, including a full size refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven etc. It also had a combination washer/dryer which was much appreciated by us. There was enough room for all 5 of us to eat with a little rearranging of the kitchen area. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom upstairs is in the master bedroom area, not between the two bedrooms but we manage that as there is another bathroom downstairs.

We had a wonderful time in Littlehampton, the cottage is near by the beach, where we spend the most of the time!

Best ever host, no issues, everything was Above expectations.

Fabulous property, amazing hosts and well stocked for home cooking away from home. We had a wonderful time with the children walking to the beach and playground everyday. Great food in Littlehampton and plenty to keep us busy. Thank you for such a cosy cottage with an excellent hot shower and comfortable beds. More than happy to return here again .
