Brackenside , Angmering - a country house that sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms

This was our third annual visit to stay, which in itself speaks volumes. The house is stunning and in beautiful surroundings with excellent facilities. The kitchen in particular has everything you could wish for. I had made an error in booking for a Sat - Tues and despite Henry Adam’s advising this could not be changed the owner very kindly agreed to allow us to amend to a Fri - Mon booking. The WiFi, which had been excellent on our previous stays, did not work unless we were in the room with the router. This was only an issue on our final night when we wanted to watch tv. After messaging the owner we had someone at the house within minutes who got the tv working. I’d recommend leaving a few more toilet rolls for guests but other than that we had everything we needed and had a fabulous weekend. Thank you very much.

This is definite a party house, with two living rooms and a kitchen/tv room/snooker room. Kitchen was well equiped and the setting with horses and barn was charming. This is a new build as is the town. Within walking distance is the Fox Tavern which was quite wonderful.Bedrooms were quite comfortable and everyting was clean. One con was the showers were very slippery with no handrails. But plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

The perfect house for a family gathering, lots of space and in great condition with everything needed for a lovely holiday.

My sister and I booked the house for us, our daughters and their families. It was the perfect choice. We did not want for anything, down to the smallest detail. Thank you very much.

We stayed for a 40th birthday celebration with a group of friends. The house is beautiful and clean. Perfect hosting house with plenty of space and large bedrooms. We were lucky enough to have some sun so enjoyed the garden and games supplied. Location is good, not overlooked by any neighbours and walking distance to pub and shop

Large clean well equipped house. Stayed with 9 friends for a long weekend. House was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room seating area for all to sit together.

An incredible getaway! Our group of 12 friends had an amazing weekend at this property. The house was impeccably clean with excellent living spaces and six generously sized rooms, ideal for large groups. The owner's communication was fantastic, accommodating our needs with a late Sunday check-out. The secluded location away from the main road provided a peaceful ambiance, and the short walk to the beach, via the Lamb pub, was a bonus. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a perfect escape with friends and family for a weekend retreat

It´s our second stay in the property, and probably we´ll repeat again next year. The location is fantastic, and everything in the house is simply perfect.
