Fishermans Cottage: Private pool, a/c, near beach

A great place to stay without a car required. Hikes, restaurants and easy access to the sea within walking distances

We had a fantastic stay at Fishermans cottage. We enjoyed our breakfast peacefully looking out over the sea. Afternoons around the pool at the back. There is a very nice taverna about 15 minutes walk to Avlaki beach. We also hired a car to explore other areas. We love Kerasia beach taverna and Nikolas Taverna in Agni. It's quite a small villa, but was fine for just my wife and me. The owner Carol was very kind, friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay there again.

The fisherman’s cottage was perfect for the three of us. Walking distance from Kassiopi town and Avlaki beach (where you can hire sunbeds from the taverna) We also went to the Katya hotel a couple of times for tea which was down the same lane as the beach and had some nice meals there. They also rented us paddle boards. The cottage had everything we could need and Carol was very lovely and gave us a great welcome. The pool is lovely too. It’s very deep and great for floating about in so bring a lilo! I would recommend this place and kassiopi in general.

Beautiful location with great views of the sea. Quite pebble beach with on lovely bay within yards. Local town walkable for busier atmosphere and 2 other local beaches walkable, 1 with 2 great tavernas for meals. Carol is an attentive and charming host with great local knowledge. We had a lovely time.

We had a thoroughly relaxing 6 days at Fisherman's Cottage. The owner, Carol, was delightful .Great location - so close to the beach and nearby restaurants - our favourite was Taverna Cavo-Barbaro at Avlaki Beach and their coffee in the morning was good too.

We absolutely loved our stay at fisherman’s cottage. Lovely quiet area with the local beach only a few minutes walk away. The cottage was rustic but well kept and We loved spending time by the pool. The local village, has a small but handy supermarket and a lovely restaurant (Mythos Taverna) which is only 15 mins walk away. Other lovely beaches were Avlaki and Kalamaki beach, which was sandy and shallow water for a good 100m or so which was handy with a 4 yr old! Overall we had a fabulous time, and we hope to return some day.

Lovely former fisherman’s cottage with rustic charm. Very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Beautiful private pool and garden and lovely shaded terrace for eating and sundowners. The owner Carol was delightful and we had excellent communication with Sorfranos who managed the booking. Highly recommended

Amazing couple of weeks spent in this lovely rustic cottage. Peaceful location and private space. Cottage had everything needed for self catering but we ate out at many lovely restaurants in Kassiopi, especially recommend Janis. 20 minute walk to beautiful Kassiopi, public path right beside cottage but a little rocky underfoot. Pool was perfect on hot days with pebble beach nearby. Had pleasure of meeting Carol the owner who was helpful and considerate, provided welcome gift of wine etc, she was a perfect host. If a quiet, relaxing time in beautiful area is what you are looking for, would highly recommend Fisherman's cottage

Fishermans cottage is ideal for a couple or small family. The pool is a great addition. The cottage is very quiet and private and is 2 minutes from the beach, making it a perfect location. Carol the owner is brilliant. Its only a 20 minute stroll to kassiopi and 10 minutes to avlaki. The cottage is basic and very quirky not luxurious but, it suits us very well. We have already booked for next year.

Fishermans cottage was an ideal location to tear yourself away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax and reconnect with your family. With its own swimming pool, amazing facilities, a sone throw away from a rural beach, a short walk from shops, and restaurants. The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered any support needed. Beautiful views and much needed air conditioning when the heat got too much. Its a quaint place thats private and away from other holiday makers, but yet close enough that you dont feel totally cut off from civilisation. The cottage is surrounded by natural vegetation of fig trees, olive groves, tomatoes plants, grape vines and there were even friendly lizards to admire. Its an amazing spot and I would visit again it was great for me and my family to relax and connect. Strongly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fisherman's Cottage. It is a beautiful little house with a lovely pool in a wonderful location just 100m from Cogevinas beach which was perfect for snorkelling and on a hot day, with its shade. Carol, the owner is so friendly and left a lovely welcoming note for us and couldn't have been kinder. Sofronios was a great host and very responsive to questions before we arrived. There is a walk along the Corfiot Trail (go left on the beach and then right) which is about 1.2 km right into the heart of lovely Kassiopi with all it's great restaurants, shops, pretty harbour and boat hire. Look out for a little hidden beach called Souvia on the way. The local people were so friendly and welcoming and the food spectacular. We definitely recommend Mythos Taverna on the road into Kassiopi. We hired a boat in Kassiopi and spent a fantastic day exploring the coves along the coast. Our stay at Fisherman's Cottage and Corfu was everything we could have asked for and more.
