Ditto to all of the excellent reviews thus far. The decor, linens, and furnishings are all quality, tasteful and relaxing. We loved the navy touches. We have stayed in VRBO’s for years and Pat and Ken are at the top of the A list. They are ever available but never intrusive. Details such as making the door combination part of my phone number was genius! We are not usually hot tub people, but it was private and so easy to hop in. The extra parking space in front was nice. Again, ditto to all of the other positive comments. Sincere thanks and appreciation to Pat and Ken.

We had a delightful time at Firefly Cottage! It was the perfect amount of space for our family. So much nicer than a hotel room with cramped quarters. Patricia clearly loves to host and has thought of everything. We got in late and she graciously had the pullout bed ready and lactose-free milk for our son. We don't have plans to come to MD again soon but if we do, we know where we are staying!

We had a wonderful three-night stay and couldn’t have been more pleased with both the property and the host. The cottage was exceptionally comfortable, relaxing, spotless, and very dog-friendly. It provided the perfect place to unwind while visiting family.We did experience a power outage during our stay, but the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The next morning he brought us coffee and water, checked in regularly, and was incredibly attentive to our needs. His kindness and responsiveness were truly appreciated.The property is beautifully maintained, and the hot tub was in perfect working order, although we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it. We have stayed here before and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend this property and its outstanding host!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed using many of the extra amenities like the kayak, the hot tub, gas grill, fire pit and surrey. The private beach was a short walk away. The communication with the host was excellent. If we are in the area again, we would love to come back. Thank you!

Communication prior to our arrival was second to none! When we arrived at the house, every little detailed was considered from a sweet welcome note, to a thoughtful welcome basket, and even down to dog gifts for our fur babies! Because there’s access to the beach, they had beach towels, bug repellent, and sunscreen available. The house was beautiful inside and out with separate towels protected outside for the hot tub. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Pat and Ken are fabulous hosts!

Firefly Cottage was absolutely wonderful!! Pat and Ken were so attentive, generous and accommodating. The communication was clear, concise and timely. Celebrated birthdays and they decorated, left snacks, candy and gifts for us all - even our sweet puppy. Location was great - walkable to park and water with easy drive into Annapolis. The cottage was so cute and the best sleep ever on the sleeper sofa - so comfortable! Loved the hot tub and backyard perks with cornhole, firepit and even had kayaks. I hope to be back soon - thank you for the great, relaxing and fun time we had!

Fantastic stay at Firefly cottage. The cottage was pet friendly and in a great location which is why we selected it. It is situated a few hundred yards from the community beach and 10 minutes from Annapolis. The cottage was beautiful and Pat and Ken communicaed everything to us ahead of the trip. They were extremely accommodating and made every effort to make sure our stay was perfect. They provided snacks and milk in the fridge and even left us some wine and cakes to celebrate our stay. We would thoroughly recommend it.

Everything about this rental was perfect! Meticulously cared for and beautifully furnished and decorated. Hosts were friendly, available, and helpful. They have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. Stocked with all the basics for cooking meals if desired. Neighborhood is quiet, beautiful beach in walking distance, good restaurants and market very close. Don't hesitate to book your vacation here!

We stay here three times each year when we visit Annapolis. Great for a small family with a large back yard and many outdoor amenities.

The cottage was just as depicted in the listing. Location was excellent and easy to find, plenty of off-street parking. The interior was super clean and prepped for us, including very nice personal touches. Everything in the house worked well. We were very happy with our stay.

This home is pristine clean. The host were exceptional and didn’t forget a thing to make you feel at home morning, noon and night. Will definitely stay again.

House was quiet, comfortable, very well laid out and the hosts have added many creature comforts and are highly responsive. As a late age couple this home is perfect for two and pets. Yard is not fully fenced but could be very easily fenced making it over the top for pet owners.

We came for a staycation and to celebrate our birthdays; it was MORE than we expected. Peaceful and private atmosphere. We will continue to make this our go to space.

Our host was fantastic! They were incredibly responsive and helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. The detailed and simple instructions for check-in were very clear and made the whole process seamless. We appreciated the personalized gift basket, information about the local area, and comfortable bed. The backyard garden and decorative touches were delightful. We would definitely book this property again!

Patricia and Ken were awesome hosts. From the minute we booked the cottage until the day we left, they helped make our stay wonderful. The Firefly Cottage was perfect in every way. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the backyard in the early evening in the comfortable chairs. My husband was celebrating his birthday and they left a wine, snacks and even birthday gifts!If you are looking to relax in a quiet spot near the beach near Annapolis - this is the spot for you!

We stay at Firefly every time we go to visit our son and his family. It works perfectly for us…an oasis for us, and a fun place for the kids to visit, too. Pat and Ken have been the perfect hosts!

A very nice and well-maintained cottage in the Cape St. Clair neighborhood where family members live. The owners have done a great job of provisioning the cottage both inside and outside, for recreational opportunities and enjoyment (barbecuing and relaxing). The backyard is very large and great for games provided with the property, like corn hole. There is also a hot tub. The owners have found the right balance for being responsive when you need them, while leaving you in peace otherwise. While small, up to five people can sleep comfortably. The cottage has a full complement of appliances, including a washer and dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, as did our grand daughter who spent most of the nights with us. We highly recommend it and will definitely consider it next time we stay in Annapolis.

My husband and son really loved their stay at Pat & Ken's VRBO house! They enjoyed going on walks around the neighborhood, visiting the local restaurants, and sitting in the hot tub. It was perfect for our family. Pat & Ken are such gracious hosts, and we will definitely stay here again!
