Very nice village, 6 km to the sea with phantastic beaches, relaxed atmoshere, very well maintained house/garden/pool, quiet neighbourhood, even more beautiful than the photos promise - and overall: the most kind and friendly landlord, with great hospitality and lots of sympathy!! Thank you, Fernando!! We have enjoyed our stay soo much!!

This was the second time we had visited the area, which we love, and we stayed in the single storey apartment attached to the house which is rented separately. The accommodation is fine, simple and comfortable. The kitchen has just enough to be able to cook in the evenings though the BBQ makes it more enjoyable. The outdoor table and chairs under an awning is lovely in the evenings, and the pool was quite an asset as the weather was too hot for the beach in the afternoons. Fernando looked after us well and takes pride in keeping the property in good condition, even sweeping up after a particularly bad dusty rainfall. We really have only one small point to make: there were absolutely no cleaning materials for the kitchen or bathroom which for a travelling visitor would have been very useful. Would definitely recommend Finca Es Torrent.

The house has everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday in Mallorca. First of all it is in an ideal location, very close to wonderful beaches. The area does not lack anything (restaurants, shops, supermarkets, ...) and the owner informed us about all this. On the other hand, the interior is fully equipped, with many details. The exterior is perfect, well maintained and quiet, and with a very spacious and cozy space. The characteristics of the house are adjusted to the publicity that is offered of it. The price is great in relation to the excellent quality that is offered. Therefore, I recommend the house to everyone who wants to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Fernando is very friendly and helpful. Lovely villa with shared pool, near to pretty village with good restaurants, Cassai is our favourite, not far from Colonia and the beaches at Santayni and Es Trenc

We loved our stay in Ses Salines. The villa was perfect for us, exactly as described, and very clean. There are two properties on the site with a shared pool. There is loads of room for everyone and each has their own private external area. The area is very quiet with just the sound of the birds as you relax by the pool. It is a short walk in to the centre of the town with lovely restaurants. We enjoyed the surrounding beaches and two day trips to the Caves and to Soller. Fernando was very helpful, meeting us at the petrol station although we were delayed in arriving, and he has loads of useful information too. Everything worked perfectly in the villa including the WIFI so we didn't have to call on him during our stay but he dropped in a lovely cake and some cava which was much appreciated. Overall a perfect holiday.

My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at Ses Salines. The villa is absolutely superb and the attention to detail from décor to every utensil possible is second to none. The location is ideal. Return.

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this stunning property in a rustic setting along with our two small children. The kids enjoyed lots of space to run around and explore the grounds when they weren't cooling down in the swimming pool. Cooking food on the grill was a great option to have as was enjoying a quiet evening drink on the terrace with the children asleep right beside us. Fernando was a wonderful host and will make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Fernando and Esperanza were two of the most welcoming, hospitable and professional holiday home owners we have ever known. Their accommodation was incredible; clean, well facilitated, secure for the children and other valuables (passports, cameras etc), luxurious, tranquil and all with stunning views all around us. Everything we needed was nearby, including a lovely town (Ses Salines; a true piece of Mallorca) and paradise beaches. We all loved it so much we booked up for a longer holiday the following year.
