Stayed Dec 31, 1969We found the accommodation spotlessly clean. And everything would have been great if we'd eaten out. As it was the range of cookware supplied was limited, and we had to wash several items before we could cook. Also, though we did find the user manual for the oven, this was a bit of a hunt. We left that manual on easy display for the next person. Otherwise...fantastic place!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This little home was ideal for a week away from home. There was every amenity at hand. The location was ideal for my friend and I, as we travelled to Cromer using public transport, so everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Coming back to the house in the evenings was very pleasant, as we were able to relax comfortably after an exhausting day. The little luxury touches did not go unnoticed, like the milk and bottle of wine upon arrival. Overall I would recommend this property as ideal for a couple of friends, even a small family, plenty of room and very comfortable.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a delightful little home in a great location. The area is very quiet even though close to the fire station! We only heard engine once during week and luckily this was during the day! The seafront is a few minutes walk away and town not much further. Morrisons is also few minutes walk for all your provisions. There is a big car park opposite where we parked for the whole week with no problems. The kitchen is well-equipped but freezer needs defrosting as completely frozen over. There is a downstairs toilet in addition to family bathroom upstairs. The two sofas are really comfy and lovely to snuggle up on in the evenings after long beach walks. There is no Wi-Fi but this actually proved relaxing! There is a small courtyard which is an absolute sun-trap but unfortunately the patio furniture is rusty so not very welcoming. It is full of poppies though so was lovely to watch the bees and butterflies. The double bedroom would benefit from blackout blinds as it is extremely bright, I had very little sleep all week due to this and friend said the front bedroom was the same although she did manage to sleep OK. The bathroom has a lovely shower over the bath, however the non-slip surface is at the opposite end to it so it was very slippery and I did actually fall over, hurting my arm..an extra bath mat would be advisable. The bath is missing the fill handle so you have to use shower to fill it - my friend tried this once but it took so long she had showers rest of week. There was an issue at start of week which was dealt with quickly by Keys, their customer service is excellent! Overall, it was a lovely holiday. The weather was fab and the house easy to pop back to during day. Very good value for money and with a little TLC it would be perfect!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at this property for a week. On arrival there wasn’t a key in box so had to wait for keys to be delivered and there were no towels. The front entrance was dirty with cobwebs and leaves. Inside the whole place was like living in a goldfish bowl as it’s overlooked front and back with no nets or blinds. The main bedroom has nice white curtains but does little to block out light so we woke every day at 5am! The kitchen is well equipped but the freezer was so badly frosted the drawers wouldn’t open so couldn’t use and the dishwasher doesn’t wash very well. This was such a shame the location is great but the property was a huge disappointment.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a lovely time staying in Cromer at 9 Canada road and just a short walk to the beach was perfect for us. The only thing I’d suggest is getting WiFi. There’s not many places you’d stay in this day and age that doesn’t have it. Also, the broken shower/bath knob I’d imagine is a quick job which surely could be fixed for the comfort of the guest.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was very clean, beds very comfortable, settees not so much. on the downside, no parking which was a bit of a problem for elderly and disabled carrying luggage from the public carpark was a bit of a problem.
