Family Getaway on Large Quiet Cove w/Great views!

NO REGRETS with this lake house, just read our reviews! This is a Family Friendly waterfront home in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood with GREAT VIEWS on Pea Hill Creek. The Primary Guest renting our home and signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years of age.

With over 300' of beautiful bulk headed shoreline on Lake Gaston this home is all about true Lake Living! This tastefully decorated lake cottage will surprise you w/ 3 bedrooms & 2 baths on the main level &; an extra bedroom & full bath on the lower level giving you ample room for family & friends. The 1st floor great room is picture perfect w/ tongue & groove wood cathedral ceilings w/large stained beams, wood floors & brick fireplace...all opening up to the large covered porch giving you the ideal place to relax & enjoy the fabulous water views that surround this property. The large sliding glass doors give easy access to the generous level lawn and outdoor fire pit.

The dock was completely rebuilt in 2016 and guests can enjoy the shaded area with ceiling fan, LED rope lights (for evening enjoyment) and BLUETOOTH speakers for listening to your tunes. The end of the dock is in 7' of water to allow swimming and jumping off the dock as well as steps to walk into the water from the land into a sandy bottom. There is also a large blue foam swim pad which the kids (and adults) can enjoy sunning and playing on while swimming off the dock! (PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE SWIM PADS FROM THE WATER).

The boat lifts and jet ski lifts are NOT for use by renters or guests. There are built in bumpers and tie down cleats to the right of the pontoon boat for guest boat storage.

Three youth kayaks, four adult kayaks, and two stand up paddle board are available for use by guests.

There is a private neighborhood boat ramp (combo provided at check in) so you don't have to mess around with busy marina ramps. The fishing is also very good at Gaston with striped bass, largemouth bass, crappie and other pan fish and catfish.

A Food Lion, an Ace Hardware, a Subway, and ice cream shack are all located within 5 miles. Other lakeside restaurants are nearby around the lake and they range from casual to more formal. Roanoke Rapids is a 20 minute drive from the house, with a mall with a Belk Store, Super Wal-Mart, movie theater, and numerous restaurants.

Security System: The Property has a security system which will NOT be armed during your stay, but may beep when doors or windows are opened and closed.

The Property also has EXTERIOR ONLY security cameras located around the perimeter of the Property and entry points into the house. THE CAMERAS DO NOT RECORD SOUND AND THERE ARE NO INTERIOR CAMERAS.

NO PETS OR SERVICE/THERAPY ANIMALS ALLOWED ON PREMISES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Absolutely no house parties are allowed at the Property. If a house party is reported by neighbors, the cleaning company, or others, the entire deposit may be retained by Homeowner.
