Family-friendly Oasis Steps from Kingsbury Beach

Enjoy bay breezes from the screened-in patio steps over from Kingsbury Beach, a private, family-friendly oasis on Cape Cod Bay. A sandy path will take you to swim at high tide and enjoy the almost endless sandbars at low tide. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and experience some of the most breath-taking sunsets. A 1-mile bike ride will have you on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a short drive will bring you to renowned Coast Guard or Nauset Light Beaches, and many great restaurants.

Enjoymodern comforts in this updated home, including central air and brand new furnishings throughout. Downstairs features a living room with ample natural sunlight, comfy seating, and an internet-connected TV to keep you entertained. An indoor dining area opens up into a modern kitchen, with counter seating for two, gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all of the cooking essentials you’ll need. There is also a full bathroom with shower, and a home office with a desk, queen-sized bed, and large closet.

Upstairs features two large bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two full size beds. Both bedrooms feature expansive closets and dressers, as well as seating areas and modern decor. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs, including a tub/shower combo with whirlpool jets.

The walk-out basement connects to the driveway, making it easy to unpack and store your things after a day at the beach. The basement includes a modern washer and dryer, as well as a small, portable ping pong table.

Outside, you’ll find a newly renovated yard with firepit, outdoor dining area, Weber propane grill, hammock and NEW custom-built outdoor shower. You also have access to a large shed that includes beach chairs and beach toys, as well as additional room for storage.

Off of the first floor, there is a screened-in porch with dining table for six and a bench for relaxing and listening to the waves.

There is ample parking in the driveway.

Towels and linens are provided as well as a starter kit of detergents and coffee.
