The cottage is 1100 sq. ft. and was recently updated with colorful beach decor, new memory foam mattress & pillows, fresh paint & landscaping.

The AMAZING backyard is completely private with a pool that can be heated (to over 90f) for additional fee that is paid separately after you book. It is $40/night. We can not offer partial pool heating. This is of course optional. We kindly let us know at least 72 hours in advance if you'd like this added to your reservation.

Daydream Believer is a home away from home. We are sure you, your family, and friends will have a perfect beach vacation.

Please note: We welcome any responsible guests however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require an additional refundable damage deposit paid separately from your booking of $750. If everyone in your group is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property. No large events or parties allowed.

We also do not allow pets, parties or smoking on property.

After booking all guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement and provide a $500 FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit. The deposit will be held 3 days prior and 3 days after your reservation.
